I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment. The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I hesitated when choosing a clinic: On the one hand, there was a clinic with a large number of reviews, but a template proposal, where it seemed that my name was entered into a standard form. On the other was Dr. Soho, a new clinic, no reviews, but with a good price and a detailed analysis of my case with the presumptive diagnosis and the number of grafts. Although reliability and feedback are very important for such a choice, my doubts disappeared during personal communication with my coordinator from the clinic - Anastasia. I made a list of questions, told about my doubts. Anastasia did her best to give me information about the doctor, clinic and other information that convinced me to choose them. In general, I had the opportunity to compare the communication of different clinics, and in this Anastasia was noticeably distinguished by empathy, sincere interest and a desire to help. About the process itself. Everything went as promised: 1. All transfers from the airport, to the hotel and clinic were organized for me by good transport. 2. The operation itself went well. The doctor consulted me, answered all the questions, and during the operation itself I felt the care of the staff and the support of Anastasia 3. You are provided with everything you need during rehabilitation - medicines, a pillow, consultations. the hotel (by the way, quite good) has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner regularly. This is my first experience of such an operation, I have nothing to compare with. Also, it is still difficult to talk about objective results - everything will be good or bad in the end. But at the same time, I can share what I saw - the clinic fulfills all the obligations it undertakes and the staff treats you very well. Recommend! :) Also thanks to Maria, Bookimed coordinator, for answering all my questions and helping me quickly choose a clinic.

The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic sy. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.

First, I wanted to say that Jimena here on Bookimed have been the best!! She always check up with me if I was feeling okay, and gave me a lot of support! I really appreciate that❤️ so Himena is the best!! The doctor Young min at Very Good plastic surgery is great! He has a a lot of expertise and experience, he’s the head m chef of the clinic as well. But, Tanya at the clinic she didn’t give me any support at all she was suppose to be there for me and give me support, I did a huge surgery , jaw reduction and a chin reduction, so the doctor cut in my bones. So when I woke up I was in sooo my agony and pain I’ve never felt anything like it in my entire life, it felt like I had a screwdriver penetrating my temples slow back and forth, it was terrible, instead of being there for me saying everything went good etc they just started to scream “stop crying” wouldn’t even bother to ask why I was crying or if I was having any pain at all The nurses told me “ you paid for this cosmetic procedure you put yourself in this situation “ when I ask for pain killers. She also told me “I’ve never seen anyone like you, in this much pain, I won’t give you more” like I was lying? I’ve never had death anxiety before but I thought I was going to die. The sent me home 24h after surgery I was super swollen and scared, I felt betrayed of everyone. I was alone in this country. When I showed my inspiration photos to Tanya the translator/assistant she laughed. Even after surgery she didn’t give me any support, I felt in the way, like I was a problem for them.
