The clinic has a very good atmosphere, despite the fact that it is a hospital. Stay in this clinic can be compared with a sanatorium. The doctors are qualified, they explain everything in detail, they are treated with respect. The chamber is very comfortable, beautiful view from the window, which helps to switch a little from the disease. There is wi-fi in the ward, which is very important for foreign patients, since you can always contact your relatives without any problems. There is a TV, a fridge, a shower and a toilet in the ward. I am very pleased with the book service, namely Katerina and Daria, as they facilitated all the organizational issues. We picked up the necessary flight at the best price. I was very worried that when we arrived at the airport we would reach the clinic without knowing the language. But bookimed takes care of his patients, we were met by a transfer, brought to the clinic, held to the reception, helped to arrange all the documents. If there were any questions, Daria and Katerina are always in touch and always helped to resolve any issue. I am very pleased with the clinic that bookimed offered us. Cun underwent five operations that were successful and now, every day his son is getting better. My advice to everyone, if you are told in Ukraine that nothing can be done or just watch, do not give in and be sure to contact bookimed to get advice from experienced doctors according to your diagnosis. So, as in Ukraine there are not many devices, without which doctors refuse to perform certain operations. And naturally they do not have the necessary experience in treating certain diagnoses. I used to think how to get advice abroad if I have never been abroad in my life. LIV Hospital services are very much in line with and in no way inferior to the world level, believe me, because due to health problems of my family, we had to see clinics in the USA, China, South Korea, Israel. From the very first call I felt great care for me as a loved one. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years! My husband and I traveled from New Zealand to both get eye lens replacement surgery. From the start we have had print and effient communication. With every question answered. We were picked up from the airport, taken to hotel, then the same day at our request taken to the hospital for our appointment. Two days later we were in having eye surgery again with pick ups and drop offs. We were met at the hospital entrance, by bookimed.com translators and hospital translators they were amazing every day, in every way. The doctors were provisional and onto it, explaining every detail, and answering all our questions. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home.
