I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. This is not so that you came, paid - did the operation and you are no longer interesting to anyone. Attention, help, support at a high level) I recommend

Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! While I am still on the rehabilitation period at home, tomorrow is a week after the operation and check-up with the doctor. I had liposuction of the abdomen and sides + Brazilian buttocks lift + breast lift, all in one day. The first 3-4 days of rehabilitation are the hardest, but then much easier, the staff / help / service at the highest level, doctor Ergin Er - a doctor from God, I advise everyone, a professional of his work!!!!. I will post photos after at least a month, but the forms are visually visible and pleasing to the eye!!!! I have traveled twice to udapest from Odessa ,Texas to visit this clinic. Dr Grumming replaced 9 filling that were old and such a gentle job I fell asleep in the dental chair several times over 3 days during which she did a fantasic job replacing the old dental work. On my second visit, Dr. Soma Vesprime extracted one tooth and installed 3 implant bases. One implant required that he repair the jaw bone following the poor work done by my former dentist in Texas. This required a sinus lift and bone graph before he could install the base, which was considerably more difficult than just installing the ase. This clinic has state of the art equipment with highly trained dentist who, although young, are very proficient. I doubt that a clinic anywhere is better than Evergreen. Their support staff, including Tamara, are proficient in German and English and they provide many extra services to help their patients.

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

I have not been travelling, I have been living in Tbilisi for some time, but nevertheless it is difficult to find a doctor in a foreign country and in a field where you constantly hear about failed surgeries. Before Bukmed, I went to a clinic with very strange behaviour of the staff. Then I started looking for a new one and came across this service, which made it very easy for me to find a decent clinic. And most importantly - as I realised, the manager acts as an intermediary between you and the clinic in an unfamiliar country. To be honest, I still don't believe that Bookmed's services are free.

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The whole process, starting from arrival in the city, is perfectly fine-tuned and automated, everything is thought out, you don't have to think or worry about anything at all. I was picked up from the airport, brought to the hotel, and told in advance how to prepare for the operation. The hotel is 4 stars, located in the centre of Istanbul. It has a large comfortable room, breakfast is included, and there is an inexpensive café across the road if you don't want to bother with lunch. On the day of the operation I was picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic. Excellent professional team of doctors, we transplanted almost 5000 grafts, although we expected 3500-4000 by standard. The operation took more than 8 hours, the stamina of the staff can only be envied :) The post-operative care was also excellent - they provided all the most necessary things and medications for post-operative recovery, and vitamins and hair restoration spray for an extra charge. A special thanks to the clinic for the fact that when I arrived in Istanbul a few days earlier and initially checked into my hotel, they picked me up from the airport, drove me to my hotel, and transferred me to my hotel from the clinic the day before the operation. This is a very nice bonus from the clinic, for which I am very grateful! It's been 10 days after the operation, some exact result will be in 3-4 months, as I was told, but already I can see that it is much better than it was :)

I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. This was my first trip to Istanbul. Coordinator Tatyana contacted me through Bookimed. With great patience and understanding of the problem, taking into account my very specific needs and wishes, the program and clinic were selected for me. It was about the implantation of 3 teeth, and the removal of 2 complex roots. I was very worried about the trip, Tatyana reassured me, said that the clinic provides both a transfer and an interpreter, this is included in the program. They even sent me a photo of where they would meet me. The way from the airport was long (by the standards of the country from which I came), but comfortable, I even knew how to watch a movie on Netflix in a limousine, which I had noticed for a long time. I was greeted at the clinic by the friendly, nice and competent Zülal, the Russian speaking coordinator of the clinic. The problem with a little trouble was quickly resolved, and at my request, the extraction of teeth and implantation were performed under anesthesia, the so-called sedation. I was counting on terrible pain, swelling and bruising (these are not the first implants that I put in my country) ... Imagine my surprise when in the morning there was no pain, no bruising, or even swelling! I was given antibiotics, and rinses, painkillers, which I never needed because there was no pain. I ate soft and liquid food after 2 hours. And now I'm eating a whole meal!
