We are writing to give the feedback and general progress for our daughter Rahel Ladislaus Msasa 1.The medical treatment received was very good and meets our budget given 2.We very much thanks to Professor Dr.Antonio Russi and his team for the very good medical administration given as such service is not available in Tanzania As now Rachel has started resuming her academic development since February 2019 which almost 3-4 months since we received service from Centro Medico Teknon under Dr.Antonio Russi. Dosages Administration:- the good progress noted few days from 7th February 2019 after reaching 100mg usage which is in continuation and we are asking from the Doctor when should we stop and provide us with administration schedules We also ask if there is need for medical recheck up by the Professor Dr. Antonio Russi as we were not given any information and ask for fully medical report which he promised will be ready in two months after translation from Spanish to English Language. We also thanks to Madam Ekaterina Votinova whom we were advised to contact her when in need for buying medicine from Spain Pharmacies. She has provided us with the good cooperation when we needed to buy some medicine from Spain and delivery to Tanzania. Please note this type of medicine are not available in Tanzania Pharmacies. We came to the clinic with bags, as the appointment was before check-in to the hotel, in the end we carried the bags ourselves to the place where they said to leave them, there is no staff in the clinic, there are no men who could pick up the bags and no trolleys for bags, I think it is not expensive for this clinic to do such a service.

Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. I, Temirbek Ormotoev came from Kyrgyzstan, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital which was helped by bookimed company and the staff of this company liked me, especially I am happy to deal with Professor Ahmet-Tunch Ozdemir. Today is the 3rd day after the operation performed by Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir. The operation was done wonderfully, I am satisfied and also the hospital conditions and medical staff were top notch, everyone is polite to the patients, especially the head nurse and nurse Linhai were very good at patient care. Why did I choose Florence Nightingale specifically? Because this hospital is one of the advanced hospitals in Turkey and there is a DaVinci robotised sy. I have a neoplasm in my kidney over 30 mm. Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir performed the operation within 1.5 hours and he has golden hands. Dear readers, if anyone wants to be treated abroad, come specifically to Florence Nightingale and find Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir and you will not go wrong with your choice. I was discharged on the second day after surgery, I feel great and recovery is underway. In terms of the cost of paying for the surgery, compared to other clinics in Turkey, it is realistic and inexpensive. Mr Ahmet-Tunc Ozdemir, my family and I wish you good health, longevity, good luck in everything and that you stay for a long time saving patients from various diseases, Allah help you. I am very glad that I made this choice

I had to have my thyroid investigated and cut out if the investigations confirmed it. I was supposed to fly to the Russian Federation, but I couldn't. With the help of the Bookmed website, I asked for a suitable hospital and I was matched. I liked the offer from Lokman Hekim Istanbul - they provided me with a hotel, a ward, all the necessary tests, and everything was organised in a short time, but enough time for the treatment. I decided to choose Lokman Hekim Istanbul. I am very glad that I made this choice. Everything was very clear: we were met at the airport, brought to the hotel. When we had to go to the hospital, a car came to pick us up. They took us everywhere we needed to go for treatment, even to the pharmacies. When we arrived at the hospital, I was examined by the doctor Alaattin Ozturk. I told him about my symptoms and the analyses already done in the RF. The doctor studied all this, sent me to have a blood test and an ultrasound (we paid for the ultrasound ourselves, as it was not in the plan). All the analyses and ultrasound were done quickly. After that the doctor decided to operate on me on the same day. I was scared, but Dr Alaattin Ozturk's confidence reassured me. I realised that I was in good hands and everything was going well. Also the interpreter and coordinator Olga was very helpful, caring and "warm" in her communication. All this helped me to get through the stress before the operation, even though I was very reluctant to have it. We waited in the ward. At that time a nurse came and very carefully put a catheter in advance. This is a huge problem for me: before the catheter was put already in the operating theatre, and it was a torment - I was always stabbed all my hands, because my veins "hide". But here the nurse put the catheter in so painlessly that I didn't even realise it was already in place. About an hour later, I was taken into the operating room. The doctor translated to me what was being done to me before the operation, and once again I would like to say a big thank you to him. I was very afraid that I would lose my voice because they often nick the ligaments, but when I woke up everything was fine. I woke up easily. The first day after the operation I was up and feeling relatively fine considering I had the operation. The hospital staff were very caring: they took my blood pressure and temperature and put me on painkillers. I did not feel unwell. I would like to tell you separately about the ward. We were lying alone with my husband. The only disadvantage was that it was difficult for him to sleep on the couch. But everything else was just fine. I have never been in the hospital so well, and believe me - I have a lot of experience =) The bathroom is like in a good hotel: great shower, I was even able to take it. The ward is big, with good and different lighting, with a comfortable table. Everything was great, I was very comfortable. I had more problems with cystitis and Olga organised for me to see a urologist. He helped to solve the problem. I was given an antibiotic and a drip with a catheter free of charge. When we were discharged, we were taken to a pharmacy where we could buy everything. Then my husband was also taken to see a hair transplant surgeon, also free of charge and also by car. I saw the doctor on the last day - he removed my stitches and asked me to send him some tests. I was very happy that it was him who operated on me, and I was even sad to part with Olga. When the histology was ready, it turned out that I had cancer, and it was good that everything was done in time. If I have any health problems, I will definitely come back to this hospital. The people who work there treat patients and their families with care. I would also like to add that the Bookimed service made me very happy: they were interested in my health and asked me if I was OK. I liked the hospital they chose for me.

The coordinator was helpful and provide the information as far as possible. The hospital arranged a native Cantonese speaker who acted as a translator. This arrangement facilitated the communication. The consultation was abit rush as the doctor had other engagement and needed to leave for urgent duties. On the treatment aspect, hope to have more explanation and medical advice. On request, the coordinator brought us to visit the wards and private rooms and that helped me to understand the environment if I choose to treat in Fuda hospital.

The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!
