I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

Hello, This is not the first time that I have been a patient from Turkmenistan at the Medipol Clinic. What can I say the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful. The translator, which was provided by the Clinic, was very polite, it was immediately clear that the Specialist was in charge, there were no problems with the translation. I would recommend this hospital to all patients, but only I think one minus is that the price for the examination is high. Concerning Bookimed, I am very glad that Alexey and Varvara, very responsive guys working with this team, help me solve all problems in a difficult situation. Thank you very much. The medical therapy program is intensive varies between using applicable technology such electro therapy and Electro Magnetic. Hand on Physical therapy is also included. Hello! Thank you for organizing my mom’s treatment. The host, organizers, are professionals and have done everything possible for quick surgery and meeting with doctors. Denis and his team seem to be working around the clock. Great fellows! Doctors are awesome! Attentive and very caring. And most importantly, knowledgeable. The operation went well and we are very pleased with everything. The room was comfortable. All that is needed. The only thing is Ichilov Center - a state hospital, the attendants did not always provide the services expected from them. But our host always did everything possible to quickly eliminate certain situations. They patronized us constantly. Israel is a really high level and professionalism of doctors. We were very pleased.

I have retina detachments issues therefore I applied this group of individuals. When we agreed there was one professor the one week prior to my arrival we retired and I was offered Dr. Shaudig whom i eventually never met. On meeting in the reception I was advised that said professor was ill today. So I was routinely and e consumer,inglese inspected by a couple of young 1doctors who told me nothing new in the end. The story cost me min 1000 Euros. For just nothing. It could look funny that such cases still occur in the 21 sr century in Western Europe. I was promised a report on my case from the Professor but I’m still looking forward to enjoy it. This circus took places in a Hamburg 28.11.17. Think twice everyone. Not all the gold that glitters
