I had a terrible experience. Dr. Zielinski was dismissive and rushed me, he hasn't answered my questions and he asked me for more tests in order to speak about treatment plans when I was told previously that I didn't need any tests in order to proceed with the consultation and receive a treatment plan. He didn't bother to explain the disease or treatment options. I was looking forward to speak to him and I put so much hope. I needed someone to explain and guide me. I was left with such a bed feeling after the consultation. No empathy and no professionalism. Bookimed apologise but they said that they can't do anything because I paid directly the clinic, even if they are the intermediary they don't take responsibility, so be very careful when booking any services. I wasted 400 euros for 10 minutes that I was trying to make a few questions in order to get some value for the money but the only thing I got was disappointment, frustration, stress and time waste for arguing. I asked for at least to have some questions asked in writing so I could get something back for my money, but they refused, and they said that the consultation was compleated. In the first place, they said that I had a second consultation for free because it wasn't compleated, and then they said it was a mistake and the consultation was compleated. Please be careful where you spend your money and put your hopes because they don't care about taking advantage of ill people in order to make money. Probably are not all the same but my experience was awful and I am very disappointed. Some become doctors because they want to help people and others have no feelings or empathy. I hope this helps whoever is reading and I hope you find a better option than I did with a doctor that cares and will help you. God bless.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. He helped resolve every issue between me and the clinic, providing a smooth experience throughout the process. The doctor who performed my surgery, Alperen Koç, was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the operation itself, everything went smoothly, quickly, and painlessly. He’s truly a high-level professional who’s there to treat patients rather than make money off them. I deeply appreciate all of his care and expertise. A week has passed since the surgery, and I feel good, though my vision hasn’t fully returned yet. However, this is normal, and I’m confident that it will improve over time. I can confidently recommend Bookimed and VM Medical Park Hospital in Istanbul. Cons: The main downside of my experience was with the hospital’s billing department. They requested payment in cash, but we were not informed about this before traveling to Turkey. If you want to pay by card, they charge a 20% commission, which is an unreasonably high fee. I’d also like to mention someone named Timur (I don’t remember his last name). In front of patients, he was speaking in Russian with a female colleague, assuming we didn’t understand the language. They said something like, “People are so stupid; it’s hard to work with such dumb people.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the presence of patients. Such conversations seriously undermine the clinic’s reputation and are inappropriate in a professional healthcare setting. Therefore, I strongly advise anyone planning a visit to clarify all financial and organizational details

We received a detailed consultation with Dr. Pelles Sharon and her assistant Denis. They explained everything, gave me a treatment plan, and the doctor was very attentive to details. We are very grateful for the small chance that these doctors gave us. I would also like to note the work of the coordinator, Yulia. Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received. Overall, my medical trip to Prague was a success and I was satisfied with both the trip and the quality of treatment.

Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.
