Bookimed.com is a very good platform, and I am happy that I have found this platform. About my experience it wasnt what I was expecting, not for bookimed fault, but mostly from hospital, medical staff and assistants. Somehow I can sum it up as I was part of a very strange experience, where everything is beautiful in words, but not in reality. In the end all I have are words, maybe a little improvement on my health condition - but not a real fix, and no documents at all about my medical treatment.

The doctor was good but we have large problems with communication and I feel how he felt uncomfortable about it but cannot do anything with it. I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing
