My daughter and I had a mole removed at this clinic! I never saw the doctor in the eyes, I thought after the operation he would come in to find out our condition, however, young specialists came in! I’m not even sure now whether that professor or others did the operation. Special! I wrote down so many questions that worried me, but ... On the scheduled date, the operation was not performed, as the Doctor went home they said! They promised to send the tests to Votsap or by mail, but the translators and consultants on the site who ignore them do not answer ... Something like that!

Well it's been about a month and I'm still recovering but I'm pleased I went there.
The people were nice
What I didn't like wasn't to do with the place or people. I went through quite a painful procedure getting rid of rather a lot of moles and I almost wished I hadn't when I was in pain.
It's all changed now that I'm healing.

November 23 was on the procedure "Botox". Dysport, according to the cosmetologist, 130 units of the drug were injected. Unfortunately, 12 days have passed - the result is completely absent. in the forehead and between the eyebrows - full activity, in the eye area, too, there is no result, except for edema, which appeared on the second day, continues to this day. As I understand it, the edema will subside over the next 2.5-3 months, but the blockage of the muscles in the forehead and between the eyebrows will apparently not happen, either due to an insufficient amount of the drug or an incorrect depth of drug administration. I cannot recommend this procedure in this cleric.

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

I am disappointed with my my laser treatment and also the way I was looked after by client .
I got laser on my face ,neck and hands to remember my freakles .
The pigmentation on my hands and neck is quiet deep but my face wasn't too bad .
On a previous visit in there Bursa clinic the doctor used different lasers dependent on the pigment and location .
Here the fractional was used for all parts .
My face was improved in appearance but my hands and neck are not good .
The laser and the application was not good .
The doctor went around in straight lines as if had wrinkles but the goal was to target and break up the existing pigmentation .
This was not done therefore the results are not good .
It was 31 degree outside and the clinic never bothered booking me a taxi home .
Patient safety should be a priority this was very disappointing ,I felt once the money was taken over they didn't care about me .
Wouldn't go back again after all this drama .

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment.
The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily.

I like how efficient everything was. Was met at the airport and welcomed then transferred to my hotel. Met Dr Ersa Ozbasli the next morning who was amazing and very friendly. Hospital fine, clean decent staff
Got gynecomastia surgery, emintha into healing moderately okay results, had maybe grade one maybe grade 2 gyno, got glands removed as I was very lean,
Surgeon made long incisions, along my chest, have two ling 3 Inch scars on either side of my nipples on both side of my chest
Fland wasn't fully removed on my left side so have recurring gyno,
Need steriod injection to help with scaring, surgeon isn't competent enough to go through the nipples to leave no scarring,
Pictures they send of before and after are a lie,
Probably look worse than before cant take my top off after,
The response to this was get laser treatment or steriod injections
Sub par save your money go somewhere else
Probably the same for most procedures they do
