We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.

Mom could not make an accurate diagnosis, and we decided to be examined in Korea. I left a request in bookimed. And what surprised immediately rang. I told you how, all the tests that were done, and I was advised by the Ehwa clinic. We immediately agreed and signed up with a mammologist. Everything is clean in the clinic, all doctors, all medical staff are qualified, and very friendly. The translator was with my mother all the time, and he explained everything very clearly. They quickly took the tests, and immediately established a diagnosis, they said it was necessary to do the operation. The operation lasted 5 hours (general preparation, etc.) after the operations in the clinic 10 days. They did everything neatly, everything had almost healed. Bookimed.com is a very good platform, and I am happy that I have found this platform. About my experience it wasnt what I was expecting, not for bookimed fault, but mostly from hospital, medical staff and assistants. Somehow I can sum it up as I was part of a very strange experience, where everything is beautiful in words, but not in reality. In the end all I have are words, maybe a little improvement on my health condition - but not a real fix, and no documents at all about my medical treatment.

The doctor was good but we have large problems with communication and I feel how he felt uncomfortable about it but cannot do anything with it.
