The Liv Hospital Clinic confused my diagnosis. Within two hours, I thought I had cancer.  I immediately wrote to them, the answer came in two and a half hours, as they had no time to double-check. During all this time, my family and I went crazy with horror. Now they wrote to me that the translators were wrong. But pituitary adenoma is spelled the same in all languages. A malignant formation of the parotid gland is a completely different diagnosis.

"Clinic definitely recommend
When they learned what was needed in the clinic, they didn’t even know where to run and whom to contact. Coordinators helped to select a clinic. They gave us a doctor. Everything went great, the doctor is a true professional.  Separately, I want to note the attitude to patients. We were met at the airport, brought to the clinic and there was already a translator waiting. Literally "by the hand" we were taken to the doctors, everyone translated. Then they provided a taxi to the hotel.   During the operation, the ward was provided for two people - for the patient and the attendant; both of them were included in the cost of the operation.   After surgery, the doctor held a consultation, making sure that you can fly back. And only then answered questions remotely that arose.  Clinic definitely recommend

Doctors seemed professional. Low quality translation from Turkish to Russian and vice versa. For some reason, after PET KT (perhaps a coincidence), upon returning home, it was sharply worse. We had to urgently operate, although Turkish oncologists did not see the need for an operation, but offered to wait a month.

The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

the trip to the clinic was usually. I got advice, paid a doctor, translator and intermediary, did not receive receipts for these payments. But I don’t understand what the bonus actually consisted of, which I ordered through Bookimed and how to really get it. Not good. The people that I had appointments with did not show up. I met with others who seemed to doubt my records and then claimed that my medical imaging showed no problems whatsoever. I returned home and now seem to have pneumonia in the top of my lungs around the vertebra that are known to have lesions (T1,T2,T3). I consider your service to be a fraud.

My assessment of the clinic was only because I did not stay there, only about 20 minutes for an OSTA examination. I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. Thank you very much Bookimed for choosing a clinic for us for 3 months and keeping in touch with us throughout the time that we were there, but their partners who deal with us upon arrival in the country are negligent about worn and not fully perform their obyazonnosti.Im want to advise humanity, we (people with health) eat with the hope of recovery! We got to the MEMORIAL clinic due to an urgent diagnosis. The successful outcome of the operation depended on promptness. The question was about days. The operation was carried out the next day. Coordination is very poor. At first, my mother was not met at the airport, she waited half an hour until the driver found her. Moreover, now we understand that they simply did not tell us the truth, promised treatment that everything would be fine and we believed in it, sincerely! They didn’t save on treatment, did everything they recommended, but they just cheerlessly pumped chemistry and prescribed unnecessary consultations like a physiotherapist with charging a hopelessly sick person !!! The company "phoenix" is a soulless creature with the function of receiving money, I don’t even know how to call them anymore ... Doctor Professor Eger also smiled on detours and said that everything would be fine and didn’t even tell the family that the situation was getting worse, she appointed procedures ... As we now understand, everything was clear for a long time, we just wanted to be "treated" because we paid. They tortured our daddy heartlessly and cynically for money !!! Curator Stoyanova stopped responding to letters and the phone immediately, as soon as they informed her that the patient no longer exists. NO ONE! neither she, nor "phoenix", nor the clinic, they even expressed condolences ... It hurts to realize that nothing human is left in people ... We scolded our Russian doctors, and they just told us the truth right away

The doctor (Madero) didn’t even respond to our greetings when we entered his office. He didn’t even read correctly the medical report. He didn’t explained anything. The coordinator was helpful and provide the information as far as possible. The hospital arranged a native Cantonese speaker who acted as a translator. This arrangement facilitated the communication. The consultation was abit rush as the doctor had other engagement and needed to leave for urgent duties. On the treatment aspect, hope to have more explanation and medical advice. On request, the coordinator brought us to visit the wards and private rooms and that helped me to understand the environment if I choose to treat in Fuda hospital.

I was very disappointed, because I was working a lot to translate all the documentation into English, and finally I was discussing with doctor only 10 minutes, and the level of the discussion was very poor. Practically I did not get anything for 400 EUR. <br/><br/> <strong>Reply from Professor Johaness Drach:</strong><br/> <i>Second opinion is given on the basis of a thorough analyses of provided medical reports.
