I want to thank Dr.Murtada, because he’s the one who arrange it with the hospital. he was with us the whole way asking if we need anything, if everything is OK and I keep asking him a question too but he doesn’t get tired he googled and answer or he calls them straight to figure out the situation. At first me doing it by myself make me tired of emailing all of the hospital in India but after I contact Bookimed he finish everything that it takes me three weeks to due in 2days.The hospital was good to us, they arrange driver named Manpreet Singh that can speak English and take us everywhere we ask am and help us travel popular places, he is the best. I want to thank Karan Kumar for being with us until the end he is the one who take care of everything in the hospital for us and outside of the hospital too. The nurse are nice and the food is very good and my mom surgery went very good by Dr. Anoop k Ganjoo, he is really good doctor. I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.

Overall, the experience was very much worth. It’s so world changing to be able to see clearly again! The cost was so much better than in the US, and I was also able to get the lens I wanted that is not available in the US yet. Other than a false assumption about where my hotel was located, and the drivers having difficulty finding me, the only perimeter went pretty smoothly. I’m happy with the outcome. I would only suggest that there be at least one nurse or medical staff besides the doctor who speaks English. Many more paranoid, or less traveled Americans would have a hard time going through that honestly. I feel the service is very worth iit overall, those are just some recommendations to make the service excellent and a no-brainer for Americans who need medical procedures.

The clinic is probably a good one, but everything was organized very illiterate and ugly, I planned to get to a specific doctor, who eventually turned out not to receive in this clinic, nobody told me about this, I was examined, I did not need.
