I was in Istanbul for a holiday and decided to try Morpheus 8. While looking for a clinic I stumbled upon bookimed.com. I didn't have much time since I was due to fly to Cappadocia the next day. ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. All the staff from Quartz clinic were very professional as well. Dr Ezgi did a great job during my 2 sessions. I would highly recommend bookimed for bookings and Quartz clinic for procedures. Their professionalism, and on time communication made a big difference.

I hesitated when choosing a clinic: On the one hand, there was a clinic with a large number of reviews, but a template proposal, where it seemed that my name was entered into a standard form. Although reliability and feedback are very important for such a choice, my doubts disappeared during personal communication with my coordinator from the clinic - Anastasia. I made a list of questions, told about my doubts. Anastasia did her best to give me information about the doctor, clinic and other information that convinced me to choose them. In general, I had the opportunity to compare the communication of different clinics, and in this Anastasia was noticeably distinguished by empathy, sincere interest and a desire to help. About the process itself. Everything went as promised: 1. All transfers from the airport, to the hotel and clinic were organized for me by good transport. 2. The operation itself went well. The doctor consulted me, answered all the questions, and during the operation itself I felt the care of the staff and the support of Anastasia 3. You are provided with everything you need during rehabilitation - medicines, a pillow, consultations. the hotel (by the way, quite good) has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner regularly. This is my first experience of such an operation, I have nothing to compare with. Also, it is still difficult to talk about objective results - everything will be good or bad in the end. But at the same time, I can share what I saw - the clinic fulfills all the obligations it undertakes and the staff treats you very well. The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.

First, I wanted to say that Jimena here on Bookimed have been the best!! She always check up with me if I was feeling okay, and gave me a lot of support! I really appreciate that❤️ so Himena is the best!! The doctor Young min at Very Good plastic surgery is great! He has a a lot of expertise and experience, he’s the head m chef of the clinic as well. But, Tanya at the clinic she didn’t give me any support at all she was suppose to be there for me and give me support, I did a huge surgery , jaw reduction and a chin reduction, so the doctor cut in my bones. So when I woke up I was in sooo my agony and pain I’ve never felt anything like it in my entire life, it felt like I had a screwdriver penetrating my temples slow back and forth, it was terrible, instead of being there for me saying everything went good etc they just started to scream “stop crying” wouldn’t even bother to ask why I was crying or if I was having any pain at all The nurses told me “ you paid for this cosmetic procedure you put yourself in this situation “ when I ask for pain killers. She also told me “I’ve never seen anyone like you, in this much pain, I won’t give you more” like I was lying? I’ve never had death anxiety before but I thought I was going to die. The sent me home 24h after surgery I was super swollen and scared, I felt betrayed of everyone. I was alone in this country. When I showed my inspiration photos to Tanya the translator/assistant she laughed. Even after surgery she didn’t give me any support, I felt in the way, like I was a problem for them.
