I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure. The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. Hello, my name is Vladislav Ivanov, Ukraine, Odessa city. In February 2021, my daughter Vlada was diagnosed with anaplastic ependymoma, we went to the doctors for a week trying to find out why the child started having severe headaches. They went through examinations, did an MRI, and as a fact, they found a brain tumor. That's when the ground slipped from under my feet. Realization has come - this has already happened, which means you need to quickly take action. The first thing we did was go to the children's hospital in Kyiv, the child was given a shunt. But unfortunately, fluid began to collect in my head and my vision began to fall sharply. The doctors explained that an operation was urgently needed. We did not have a large accumulated amount, and we decided to complete the operation abroad. We contacted Bookmed. We contacted the employee Marina. Marina quickly found a clinic for us in Turkey, organized a trip for us, flew to Turkey in a matter of days. The hospital was already waiting for us. Examined, took blood for tests and the next day an operation was scheduled. Everything went well. Then they underwent a course of radiotherapy. The results are positive, we were sent home to Ukraine (August 2021). Every 3 months they underwent MRI, the pictures were good .. But a year later, in March 2022, we heard the terrible words “relapse”, “war”. Hastily collected the necessary documents and left for Lviv. From there, by large buses, all children with cancer began to be taken out along the humanitarian corridor from Ukraine to Europe. The daughter and his wife were assigned to France. A second operation was performed, the tumor was removed, and after that a course of chemotherapy was prescribed. After a month of taking the course, the doctor said that chemotherapy was not helping. The doctor suggested experimental chemotherapy, but that didn't help either. As a result, the daughter is getting worse and worse every day. The child began to walk badly, the right leg and handle practically do not work. The child melted before my eyes. It's all very scary, but it's worse to leave Vlad without an opportunity for treatment. I again turned to Marina Bookmed Marina again very quickly found us a hospital in Turkey, helped us with the flight Paris Istanbul. Arrived at the hospital 2 days later, the operation was successful!!! After the operation, the child began to talk, swallow, and after a couple of days to walk. Hello. We did not visit the clinic, we had a Skype conference on 05/30/19, at which Dr. A. Russi, through an interpreter, told his vision of the problem of epilepsy in children, ordered additional tests to adjust the dose of the drug (which was prescribed by Ukrainian doctors) and the purpose of treatment, assured accompanied by treatment for six months. We sent the test results on 01.06.19, today 06.06.19 treatment is not prescribed. Our questions came the answer that the doctor advises once a week and it is not clear what day. We hope that the answer will come, the child will recover, but so far the sediment is not very good. If the same attitude is right in the clinic, then there is no point in going there

At the first consultation, the doctor promised us a 50% improvement in our son’s health, but on the contrary, his condition worsened. When we returned home, he began to get very sick; Perhaps the medications didn’t work and we went to the clinic. Unfortunately, they did not answer us. They did 7 sessions of ECT (Electroconvulsive therapy), which is very dangerous for epileptics, after which convulsive attacks began, which occurred several times a day. I was desperate and didn't know how to help. We had to hospitalize our son at a local clinic. Doctors requested an extract from the NP Istanbul clinic. I received the translation of the extract with difficulty after 20 days. I wrote to the translator about everything and he seemed to report to the doctors of the clinic. I waited a month, I thought that the doctors would get in touch and correct their mistakes and help in some way, but on the contrary, they again offer their services for a fee. I'm in great shock! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!

My one night stay in the hospital was a delightful experience, kind and available staff, every neat and hygienic room. The doctors are on top of their job. I was taken through a lecture in nuclear physics 101, broken in simple language. The lecturer helped allayed my initial fears about the treatment. The treatment was speedy and the results came so quickly. The doctor was by my bedside to explain the next steps. The translator was fantastic. The transportation service was superb, always on time. They suggested the best alternative treatment and were very tactful during the operation. The operation was done under local anaesthesia, and painkillers have very little effect on me, but the doctor was very sensitive and understanding of my condition and patiently waited and increased the dose of anaesthesia until the action started. We turned to this hospital with an MRI scan - signs of osteochondrosis of the thoracic spine. The central protrusion of the VTh3 - VTh4 disk and vertebral bodies with marginal suspensions, the height of the vertebral bodies is preserved. End plates of vertebral bodies with clear, even contours. In the vertebral bodies Th2 (10mm), Th5 (10mm), Th10 (23mm), Th11 (3mm) and L1 (5mm), round sections with hyper-intense T1 and T2 HI signal characteristics (hemangiomas) are determined. We were prescribed a doctor Chagatai Ozturk. From acquaintances, from reviews and after talking with the doctor, I realized that the doctor is quite a professional in his field. Pros: 1.
