At first I was really nervous and I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into - I just knew I had to do something about the weight I had gained and let me tell you, my experience exceeded my expectations!! The team are AMAZING at what they do. The nurse, Madina, is absolutely phenomenal and has such a beautiful soul who genuinely cares about you physically, mentally and emotionally. The nutritionist, Nur, is such a realist and incredible at what she does, she is so informative and explains everything you need to know thoroughly. And finally the surgeon, Dr Kaplan Baha Temizgonul, is undoubtedly such a genuine man who guides and supports you throughout the process as well as answers any questions you may have regarding the surgery and aftercare. He is 100% amazing at what he does and ensures you feel comfortable the entire time. The communication is great, even when you fly back as you can always express any concerns you may have and they’ll deal with it accordingly. The pain after surgery only lasted a few hours and got better and better with the care of the wonderful hospital staff. I don’t think I would’ve felt as cared for if it weren’t for the staff. If you are interested, you NEED to go to Dr Baha as he is the best in the industry. I’m 100% convinced you won’t get a better service elsewhere. The online consultation was generally successful, although it was very brief. I have not been to the clinic yet. I am not familiar with the medical team. They did not tell me how to address the doctor correctly.

I want to express my gratitude to the bookimed consultants. Promptly, within the stated time, they organized a doctor's consultation and diagnostics. The Kardeolitis Clinic, (Inmedica) surprised me. The gastroenterologist Diana Ramanauskiene did everything that was needed and it became much easier for her son, corrected the treatment. For which special thanks to her. I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

My review is positive, because in Medipole I managed to get vital medical care. Before that, my condition was serious, because in fact I felt bad every day for many years. In the morning I could not wake up for several hours, during the day I was hampered by a weakness with which I could not cope, in the evening and at night there was severe insomnia. In this state, I could not lead a normal life. This is a very brief, brief description of my condition, which I have had for about the past 15 years, a detailed list of symptoms may take more than one leaf, and I decided not to describe it. In 2015, I decided to get tested in Russia, and I approached him very seriously. I visited several dozens of different doctors, described my condition in detail, and asked for help. I was surveyed in Russia in 2015, 2016 and 2017. About the result I will say briefly: they did not help me. Totally. When I flew out of Moscow, I had an assumption that the cause of the problem was a disease of the digestive organs, so on the first day I first went for an examination by a gastroenterologist. For a plausible review, it should be noted that there is a noticeable drawback in the organization of Medipol’s work - the work of the doctors is accompanied by haste, vanity, and disorganization. Transfer from the hotel once was half an hour late. Before the trip, we agreed that I would go to a gastroenterologist. But when I arrived, at first the lady did not accept me for more than an hour, and then left the office, and without a word took another patient, although I had already paid money for the consultation and waited more than an hour. The translator suggested going to another doctor. I specially pre-printed my list of symptoms on a sheet and told the translator that I needed a literal translation, and the translator removed some phrases from my text without warning, as I was in a hurry. And this tendency to do everything quickly is negative. I had an abdominal ultrasound scan, but the results that I was given did not indicate any size of the gallbladder (number in millimeters) or other organs. The doctor then explained to me that they have many patients, and therefore they do not write detailed characteristics in the conclusions, but simply confine themselves to words like "parameter normal". That is, the documents with the results contain little information. I did a gastroscopy, but when I asked to give me the results of the research on a flash drive (video), they refused. Instead, I printed on paper six photos from the endoscope. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize that in Medipol sometimes not the most modern technologies are used. To the gastroenterologist, I am grateful that he referred me to the therapist Derya Argun, and this is the main thing. But nevertheless, because of the fuss, I could not discuss my health with him in detail, but ideally this possibility should be.      As for my coordinator, Dmitry Belik, I am generally pleased with his work, but I can only say that I have lost contact with him lately, because, according to Dmitry, he has a lot of work.
