Hello! For the first time, I sincerely want to leave a response, because it can save someone's life. My husband suffered a stroke, I will miss the details, as this can draw on the book ... But the point is that this is a great grief, as in principle any disease. After the ordeals and treatment, by the way, among our best specialists my husband could remain disabled. How pathetic it did not sound, but Bookimed was sent by fate. After discussing the diagnosis, my wishes and requirements, we went to the clinic in Laznitzhoe (Austria) And then starting from A to Z I can assure that everything was at the highest level. Special thanks to all the doctors of the clinic, Dr. Anne and the translator Manuel. Accommodation, treatment, medication and accompaniment of an interpreter were included in the price. My being with my husband was also unhindered and cared for me, too. This is not just a course of therapy, treatment, but also care and a wonderful atmosphere of the clinic, the staff and the wonderful nature around. In this all the most important thing is that my expectations from treatment not only justified, but also surpassed. Do not waste time on treatment here, and the sooner you get into a country where people are responsibly treated and their health as the highest value, the sooner you will be cured. Everything at Bumrungrad was above average, except the fact that they told me they d send me quotes on different procedures within 3 days and it took one full month and me pushing them 3 times in order to get these quotes. That is far from what anyone would expect from an hospital of this international standing. On the flip side though, the people from Bookimed were awesome and i was happily surprised by they re professionalism, presence and speed of response to any of my inquiry. I really liked Dr. Pasichnyk with his professional approach to business. I came for a consultation on circular lifting. The doctor explained to me that it was too soon for me. I showed photos of patients my age who underwent surgery, and it was very revealing for me. I realized that I really need to wait for the photos I saw. 2 years ago I had a blepharoplasty of the upper eyelids in Lviv, where the doctor suggested that I do a 2/3 facelift in six months. Andriy Valeriyovych suggested inserting threads to improve the oval, but added that I also look good here at my age. One that gave off a little flabby skin on the lower eyelids. The beekeeper on the same day, at my request, underwent a lower eyelid lift, which took 40 minutes under local anesthesia. As a result, I was amazed, I have never seen such a thin and invisible cosmetic suture, as I had nothing to compare with the previous surgeon. The staff is also very friendly, accompanied me everywhere. The ward is a normal double room but extremely expensive, I had to see a doctor the next day. I was told the price of staying in a double room was UAH 2,800. Near the hospital there is a hotel where the room costs 700 UAH. Also about the disadvantages was that after the operation the first 3 days had to be put cold. They only had 2 ice packs and they didn't give them to me. Those plastic cubes that contain water cost pennies, so the hospital could buy them for such patients, especially since they specialize in cosmetology. On the second day when I was examined by a doctor and bandaged, it is also a paid procedure in the hospital, which is not included in the cost of the operation. But in general, for me it does not matter in which clinic Pasichnyk will work, first of all we go to a good professional and a practitioner who does his job brilliantly. I think that the clinic should be proud to have such a professional. As they say, personnel decides everything.

We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.

Never come to the Artemis Clinic, treating patients is not worth the money paid, especially beware of an interpreter named Zhey. Firstly, he has very poor Russian language, never translates as it should, moreover, he was not present after the operation, while the patient was in intensive care, appeared three days after the operation with an invoice for payment in excess of the previously agreed amount. When we told him that his work did not suit us, he replied that these were our problems and we could go to another clinic, and the hospital would not fully refund the money paid to us. By the way, before we paid $ 6000 to the cash desk of the hospital, everyone was very polite with us including the interpreter Jay, and promised that they would take us to the operation the next day, but after payment it was as if everyone had changed, they started to be rude and rude especially to Zhey. They pulled the operation as best they could despite the terrible pain of the patient. Another translator, Ishvar, was a pleasant person with good knowledge of the Russian language. We wanted him, but for some reason we were not allowed, besides we heard that he was forbidden to help us and he already stopped answering our calls. So if you came to India for treatment it’s better to go to another clinic, but if you did come to Artemis when they will provide you with an interpreter, in no case do you agree to the services of an interpreter JAY!

I underwent an online consultation on the choice of the most optimal treatment option. Since two well-known Moscow clinics gave completely different recommendations for the treatment of my disease (spleen lymphoma): surgical removal of the spleen, or chemotherapy, I decided to ask the opinion of a German professor. Of course, it is very expensive to be treated in Germany, but getting a competent opinion on your specific case, sending all the necessary tests, diagnostics and receiving answers and a treatment regimen, is quite possible: my online consultation cost 650 euros + a written summary with translation into Russian. The whole process, from collecting documents / analyzes, to receiving the final summary, was accompanied by the coordinating doctor Alexey from Bookimed, to whom I am very grateful. He is very responsive, always in touch, answers all questions, but at the same time he is tactful and unobtrusive - a real professional and a very kind person. So, I received answers to my questions, chose the tactics of treatment, and all this for a very reasonable fee. The only drawback is the excess of the stated deadlines, which is not typical, as I think, for the Germans (the consultation was promised within 7 days, in fact it took place 15 days after payment, and the final summary was delayed for a couple of days), it would be better to immediately position the maximum period , then there would be no painful days of waiting. In general, I am satisfied with the result. I think in my case, this is just a very convenient form of counseling that does not require huge material and organizational costs associated with physical travel abroad. I bow to the coordinator Alexei for his patience, tact and professionalism!
