The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. I would like to share my positive impression of the clinic and bookimed.com. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which inspires confidence and gives confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis.
I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road.
In general, the best impressions were left. Many thanks to the whole team of the clinic for the high level of service and human attitude!

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process.
At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. In the questionnaire, there was a question regarding my health concerns which I responded to. I feel that those concerns were not visited with any doctors.
I liked the speed of the procedures and professionalism of the program staff. But it felt like I was on a factory line, too robot-like.
Wish I had known that I could keep my phone with me. I saw others using phones while waiting to get in to exam rooms but I did not now we were allowed to have phone on us.

the trip to the clinic was usually. I got advice, paid a doctor, translator and intermediary, did not receive receipts for these payments. But I don’t understand what the bonus actually consisted of, which I ordered through Bookimed and how to really get it. After this trip, I again received a letter about the bonus, but, in my opinion, these letters really do not cost anything.

I am writing a review for those people who are in the same difficult situation as our family. Just want to warn, think before you go here. They did not help us ... Moreover, now we understand that they simply did not tell us the truth, promised treatment that everything would be fine and we believed in it, sincerely! They didn’t save on treatment, did everything they recommended, but they just cheerlessly pumped chemistry and prescribed unnecessary consultations like a physiotherapist with charging a hopelessly sick person !!! The company "phoenix" is a soulless creature with the function of receiving money, I don’t even know how to call them anymore ... Doctor Professor Eger also smiled on detours and said that everything would be fine and didn’t even tell the family that the situation was getting worse, she appointed procedures ... As we now understand, everything was clear for a long time, we just wanted to be "treated" because we paid. They tortured our daddy heartlessly and cynically for money !!! Curator Stoyanova stopped responding to letters and the phone immediately, as soon as they informed her that the patient no longer exists. NO ONE! neither she, nor "phoenix", nor the clinic, they even expressed condolences ... It hurts to realize that nothing human is left in people ... We scolded our Russian doctors, and they just told us the truth right away
