Linda has been wonderful to work with, being extremely kind and attentive. Though the night immediately after the operation was a bit rough, most of the pain subsided quickly the following days. Operation itself and healing went smooth.
Results are also satisfactory, still waiting for the nose to fully heal and see final results though. Good impression of the hospital with clean rooms.
Working with the clinic, Oguz and booking.com has been flexible and a pleasure. No surprise bills. Would honestly recommend 👍

Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏

I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon
I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. I'm very impressed with the outcome
I'm very impressed with the outcome. Bookimed assistant was helpful and arrange a virtual consultation with the consultant. While English was not his strong fort, his expertise made up for it. The staff, especially Margi was extremely valuable as she speaks fluently English. Her knowledge and expertise was well appreciated as well as her care and attentiveness. The staff was nice. I did rhinoplasty and liposuction and I'll very impressed with the outcome. Post op care was provided. The nose did not hurt post op in comparison with the liposuction, which was quite uncomfortable. Not painful, numb and tender I suppose. As to the cost, it's fairly competitive.

Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue.
The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top.
The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent.
Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone.
The doctor is energetic, understanding and speaks English, so there were no problems with communication.
I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic.

I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…)
I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc .
The doctor warned me that such results would occur, but I didn’t want implants and hoped for a miracle with fat…I recommend this clinic and doctor Feridun Elmas

The experience for me, in general, was excellent, I would go back to the Dr
I was very pleased with the attention I received from the first day I arrived at the clinic. The interpreter was able to communicate perfectly to the surgeon what I wanted to be done and what my expectations were.
I loved the hospitality of the Medical Team, all very attentive, very concerned about whether I was feeling well or not, reminding me of my check-ups, cleaning, suture removal, giving me all the information for the post-operative period, giving me light and oxygen therapy sessions to improve and accelerate the results of my recovery. The clinic is located in a very central place in Gangnam, it is easy to get there. It is very close to the flat that the clinic provides during your stay until the first check-up. The clinic is spacious, well-lit, very clean, with flexible opening hours for post-operative care. The real estate is very comfortable, they have coffee and tea so that you can help yourself. And, they don't keep you waiting. Everything works as scheduled. And, additionally, they provided me with help on how to get around the city, how to get to the tourist attractions, to the shops where they sell skin care products, etc. The experience for me, in general, was excellent, I would go back to the Dr. and I recommend him 100% to those people who are looking for a good clinic where they can have surgery with the full confidence that everything will go very well.
I loved that the Dr. was very patient in understanding exactly what I wanted, thanks to the interpreter I was able to make the Dr. understand everything perfectly. I also liked very much the attention of the medical team that continued to see me the days after the surgery and the warmth and kindness of each one of them. As well as giving me all the instructions I had to follow, they gave me the creams I had to use so that the swelling and bruising would disappear more quickly.
I have nothing to complain about the Clinic, the Dr., the medical team, the interpreter and the care I received before, during and after my surgery. I just think that I should have stayed longer in South Korea to get to see more beautiful places.

I chose not to use the services at all. I was working with book med for months looked at the pictures of the hospital, but when I got there and actually saw the hospital, it was dirty. The room where you take. The pictures looks dirty unorganized so what would the operating room look like? I pay the consultant fee, but the doctor never touched me. Never put his hands on me. Just looked at my pictures and I'm in the room so you need to fix that.

The beginning of surgery was tough, doing the upper and lower Blepharplasty with shots and some pain reliever in my IV and I needed something a little stronger but I understand how careful the Dr was because I was under full anesthesia the minute the eye surgeries were done. The results are looking amazing and the swelling decreased daily. I’m not sure what oral pain meds I was on after surgery but it was perfect for me because I don’t like to be on very many pain meds and when the meds ended it was the time I usually stop taking any pain meds. I’m pleased with the results I’m seeing so far and it’s only 3 weeks post-op. Lilith and the the girls were amazing, Lilith helped be to the hotel nearby after my 2 day stay at the surgical hospital and she helped me with exchanging my money to pay my hotel bill because my Credit Union was blocking my use of my credit card. I recommend anyone from outside of Korea to make sure they have an account with a larger bank before getting surgery in another country. I can’t say how much I needed and got reassurance from the staff with removal of my stitches and just how conscientious the staff was that I would be as comfortable as possible. Dr Kim Yong Woo always asked if I had any questions and spend the time before and after surgery to make sure all my questions were answered. He did a good job on my surgery and I recommend him for anyone seeking plastic surgery in Korea.

Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare!
The first person I want to talk about is Dr Aykut. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from Dr Aykut one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not to be fulfilled. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and chin correction was performed.
Secondly is of course the company Dr Mad and his staff. Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7.
In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. Thank you to your team DOCTOR MED for your professional approach. RECOMMEND.

The whole process, starting from arrival in the city, is perfectly fine-tuned and automated, everything is thought out, you don't have to think or worry about anything at all.
I was picked up from the airport, brought to the hotel, and told in advance how to prepare for the operation. The hotel is 4 stars, located in the centre of Istanbul. It has a large comfortable room, breakfast is included, and there is an inexpensive café across the road if you don't want to bother with lunch.
On the day of the operation I was picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic. Excellent professional team of doctors, we transplanted almost 5000 grafts, although we expected 3500-4000 by standard. The operation took more than 8 hours, the stamina of the staff can only be envied :)
The post-operative care was also excellent - they provided all the most necessary things and medications for post-operative recovery, and vitamins and hair restoration spray for an extra charge.
A special thanks to the clinic for the fact that when I arrived in Istanbul a few days earlier and initially checked into my hotel, they picked me up from the airport, drove me to my hotel, and transferred me to my hotel from the clinic the day before the operation. This is a very nice bonus from the clinic, for which I am very grateful!
It's been 10 days after the operation, some exact result will be in 3-4 months, as I was told, but already I can see that it is much better than it was :)

My medical team with carlos leading, was great. I couldn't ask for any better. From start to finish, he was always available. He speaks perfect English. He checked on me daily. The price quotes did not change. Dr aylana is very knowledgeable in his field. In the consultation he asked me what my expectations were. He didn't try to talk me into any procedures I didn't need. He was honest about what he could do. Having medical procedures abroad is different from the US. It is still safe for fraction of the price.

These people are beyond incompetent. I had a hair transplant - the Mickey Mouse doctor came in for 5 minutes drew a dodgy hairline and sauntered out like he was bursting for a p* Never explained anything. They never listened to my instructions, during the operation the incompetent clowns were having a party. Music was loud people were coming in and out all the while I was under strong aneasthesia unable to move. They have destroyed my donor area and the completely ruined my hairline. Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I arrived at the clinic on the morning of the operation, Elena and a team of Thai nurses prepared everything clearly and after 2-3 hours the doctor began the operation under local anesthesia, the operation lasted 1 hour + -, everything was professional, Elena's support was present even during the operation (tk I didn’t sleep), after the operation, I spent one more day at the hospital in the clinic (the room is very comfortable, the conditions and communication from the staff are at a high level - shower, food, cleaning, Elena and nurses visit to control my condition). Everything went very easily, the case when you are dealing with highly qualified specialists. I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.
