Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery. It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field. The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. I’m really grateful for the smooth process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a similar situation and looking for this kind of care and has similar situation as mine.
I love how this hospital arranges everything quickly without wasting time on the surgery process, and the Medical Manager, Alisher, is the best!

It definitely deserves 10/10 not because of the facilities but because of the staff who run the place from the cleaning staff all the way to the doctors
From the start to finish, everything was perfect. I have used different clinics and hospitals in turkey but the service provided here and the care of the doctors has been the best. Aliser and Ayperi were both very caring and help with translation, Aliser was there helping with every need was very humble and caring nature. All the nurses and doctor main concern was the help and our comfort, one nurse who we thanked said no don't thank me it's my job. The doctors visited us everyday to check up and would care for all our needs, even the outpatient admin came to see if everything is ok then said she will speak to the nurses even though it wasn't her job. The airport transportation, pick up and drop off were punctual, room was spacious, clean and tidy. The room was cleaned multiple times a day and food was provided which was tasty considering its hospital. It definitely deserves 10/10 not because of the facilities but because of the staff who run the place from the cleaning staff all the way to the doctors.

  • A gynecologist will assess your medical history.

I like how efficient everything was. Was met at the airport and welcomed then transferred to my hotel. Met Dr Ersa Ozbasli the next morning who was amazing and very friendly. Her expertise and explanation of my procedure was excellent. I really felt like she was passionate and empathetic towards my needs and explained everything in detail which I loved . The first time they flew to the clinic for a checkup back in March. And already at the end of May they flew in for an operation. Literally half a day to prepare for the operation, hospitalization early in the morning, European-level ward (5 star hotel). They brought a bathrobe and slippers. I just managed to put on the issued stockings, and I was already invited to the operation. The operation took 4 hours, brought immediately to the ward. Well, as usual, a departure from anesthesia, but by the evening she was already moving around. She stayed in the hospital for 2 days after the operation. This is constant monitoring by medical, middle and junior staff. There are many translators, which is very convenient. They fed not only me, but also my husband, who was nearby. Water, tea and coffee were constantly replenished. Discharged 2 days after the operation. So far so good, I'm following the doctor's recommendations. I think I made the right choice by choosing this clinic. I recommend to everyone.

In principle, the visit went very well, only good impressions remained. Now there are certain problems, because doctors at home do not agree with the diagnosis that was made in China, but we were provided with professional help at the Food Clinic. Despite the fact that the full-time translator was on vacation and we took it on our own, the visit went very well. The rooms are very good, they look like 5 star rooms. As soon as we arrived, the nurses came to the ward, measured the pressure, helped in everything. In general, the clinic staff is friendly and helpful.
