I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing

In my naivety, I assumed that when a patient has lameness due to necrosis of 2 heads of the hip joint. And a painful syndrome that causes more than unpleasant sensations both when walking and at rest. Can count on LOOKING FOR RECOMMENDATIONS on this issue - I was extremely mistaken. Also, by my naivety, I assumed that if all the results of rheumatological examinations were negative. And if they are negative for 2 years, it is possible that medical specialists will take possible steps in the other direction to establish the cause of the disease. But alas, upon arrival and at the first consultation with a doctor in Hamburg, I heard that most likely my problem lies in rheumatism or its analogues. After that I once again passed the expanded rheumatological panel. And he got an extremely "unexpected" result. The test results for rheumatologic factor were again negative. Then I told the coordinator Lydia about my medical history starting in 2013. After that, I reported that I had recommendations from a pulmonologist to undergo an annual examination for changes in the lungs. I do not know for what reason, but it was my lungs that interested both my coordinator and the doctor in Gabburg. As a result, I received an assurance that my lungs are in perfect order and there is no reason for an annual CT scan. Departing from the generally negative style of my storytelling, I express my gratitude for this recommendation. And I really hope that I can trust her. Returning to the main topic. The doctor familiarized himself with the results of lung examinations, and in great detail, I would say in more detail than the results of examinations of my joints. Namely, MRI - a study of the hip joints - which came to the radiologist, in the last days before leaving. This fact confused me extremely. I come with a joint problem. But the main bias is, oddly enough, absolutely not on the joints. As I wrote above, the MRI results of the hip joints reached the doctor a few days before my departure. After examination, MRI examination of the joints. I was told that most likely the necrotic changes were caused by the intake of hormonal drugs that relieve the symptoms of arthritis. I refused any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and as a result A) Symptoms of inflammation of the joints worsened B) My right hand has lost sensitivity in 3 fingers C) From time to time it is difficult for me to move due to increased discomfort from necrosis When I left, the coordinator Lydia said to just do an MRI examination brushes to see if there are any changes at all. Accordingly, I contacted the coordinator in my country of residence in order to receive a referral. It took me an extremely long time to receive the referral. After the next promises “today or tomorrow” and when after the fact more than 2-3 days have passed. I wrote again to the bookimed chatbot and to Inge personally and finally received a referral. Due to difficulties with passing examinations during the quarantine period. The examination took more than 2 weeks due to the wait for my turn. After passing, I wrote to Inge on New Year's Eve saying that after the holidays I would like to begin to find out the cause of my arthritis, and with the question of what to do with necrosis and, as it turned out, with synovitis and tenosynovitis of the wrist joint. To which I received an answer - that Inga is on vacation and I will receive my answer immediately on January 4, 2021. I was expecting both on the 4th and today on the 5th. As a result, I did not receive an answer or any proposals to solve the problem. I sat down to write this review. I consider this attitude towards clients who, according to your organization, did not receive either a solution to the problem or a diagnosis for which they were going, but at the same time received a worsening of symptoms and general condition - at the very least, extremely unprofessional. Perhaps this review will help you organize future trips for your clients at a more decent level. I would just like to receive adequate consultation and check-up not only for rheumatological problems, but also possibly for other reasons that can cause arthritis. As well as recommendations on how, if possible, to stop the progression of the process.

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. The person who was given the appointment was given the wrong one and I traveled 5 hours because of this mistake and paid 157 euros and I was not examined medically because the appointment was given the wrong one and they told me that I should have 5 more days to request a refund I actually made the request and I haven't received the money back yet. It was a very bad experience and I hope it doesn't happen again.

I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure. The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. He performed the procedure with jewellery precision, minimising possible risks and ensuring an excellent result. The Medical Park clinic also impressed with its high level of service, attentive attitude to patients and modern technological base. I felt in safe hands from the moment of consultation to the end of the rehabilitation period. I would recommend this clinic and especially the professor to anyone who needs treatment related to trigeminal nerve. Thank you for your work and care!

We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much!
