Dr lux, good doctor
Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor .
I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.
And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor .

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received
I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant.
Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received.
Overall, my medical trip to Prague was a success and I was satisfied with both the trip and the quality of treatment.
I particularly liked the staff at the Altos Clinic and the doctor who performed my operation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the nurse who was with me throughout. She was constantly chatting to me, holding my hand and this gave me confidence and warmth. Her support was invaluable and I felt that she really cared about me.
I would also like to thank the doctor for the wonderful result of the surgery. I am very grateful to everyone who helped me during this important period. Their attention and professionalism made my medical journey more comfortable and successful.

By nature, I'm very afraid of everything. I'd feel better with a full anaesthetic. But the doctor assured me that with a local anaesthetic I wouldn't feel a thing. I can assure you that he meant what he said. I didn't feel any pain, not on the day of the operation and not until today. I give full accountability for every word I said.

I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty.
Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time.
Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul.
From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator.
The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived.
The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands.
The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion.
A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids
The medical team members are so friendly and helpful. Although I speak zero Korean, I can sense their passion and empathy, which dramatically reduced my anxiety to go through the surgery. They are very supportive from the right beginning to the end when I left Seoul. And big thanks to the assistance from Yena, who provides detailed before and after care instructions rather than just working as an interpreter.
Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids. They look much younger and alert.

I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.
I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I came to turkey on my own. The staff were lovely and so supportive. I felt secure and well cared for. I was treated at Hospital. My appointment with Dr suggested a few tweaks to the initial treatment plan and I was reassured by this that he had my best outcome in mind. He was very professional and gave you lots of confidence. I met my anaesthesiologist and the chief medical director. There was not one time I felt that I did not know what was going on. I wish all the staff Akylay who helped me through this a big thank you. It is only 5 days post surgery. But my checkup with Dr MED today went well. Very little pain and swelling going down nicely. A special mention to the staff at hotel Modus who looked after me with bags of ice for swelling and lovely food and to Akilay who was my guide through all this and made sure that not only did I get everything I needed…….but I made the most of my time here in Istanbul, which is a beautiful city.

Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

The beginning of surgery was tough, doing the upper and lower Blepharplasty with shots and some pain reliever in my IV and I needed something a little stronger but I understand how careful the Dr was because I was under full anesthesia the minute the eye surgeries were done. The results are looking amazing and the swelling decreased daily. I’m not sure what oral pain meds I was on after surgery but it was perfect for me because I don’t like to be on very many pain meds and when the meds ended it was the time I usually stop taking any pain meds. I’m pleased with the results I’m seeing so far and it’s only 3 weeks post-op. Lilith and the the girls were amazing, Lilith helped be to the hotel nearby after my 2 day stay at the surgical hospital and she helped me with exchanging my money to pay my hotel bill because my Credit Union was blocking my use of my credit card. I recommend anyone from outside of Korea to make sure they have an account with a larger bank before getting surgery in another country. I can’t say how much I needed and got reassurance from the staff with removal of my stitches and just how conscientious the staff was that I would be as comfortable as possible. Dr Kim Yong Woo always asked if I had any questions and spend the time before and after surgery to make sure all my questions were answered. He did a good job on my surgery and I recommend him for anyone seeking plastic surgery in Korea.

I am leaving a detailed review covering four procedures I’m from the U.K. I had a Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, deep plane neck and lower face lift on 29th December 2024 with Dr Ali SADIOGLU.
Whilst my overall results can’t yet be seen I would like to tell you what I can for now. Dr Ali SADIOGLU has a professional approach to his work but remains compassionate, empathetic and respectful to your needs and wishes. He listens to what you are saying and discusses any concerns, issues and questions that you have about your procedure. He advises you. He is truthful about the results that you could achieve.
The pre procedure coordinator, Defne, was invaluable. Her services before arriving in Istanbul were excellent. Fluent English is spoken and no question was too much for her to deal with and answer promptly. Without Defne and her attention to the detail of my potential booking I would not have booked. Well done Defne.
My procedure coordinator and my English speaking contact in Istanbul was Elif. The wonderful, professional, never tiring, always available Elif. She was amazing. Elif attended all my appointments with me. Travelled in the taxis with me but remained professional. She ensured that there were no issues with translation (despite my surgeon speaking excellent English) 5*’s for service and patience.
*RHINOPLASTY*
Having a Rhinoplasty at 57yrs old concerned me. Dr Ali SADIOGLU Explained in detail exactly what he thought would look best for my face. I put my entire trust in him and the end product was AMAZING. My new nose was unveiled a week after surgery. IT WAS PERFECT. I can’t thank Dr Ali SADIOGLU enough. Since arriving back in the U.K. friends and family have described my nose as beautiful and whilst I would not use that word usually about myself, it’s a truly beautiful nose.
*BLEPHAROPLASTY*
Dr Ali SADIOGLU explained how he could improve the look of my eyes with a small procedure. The micro detail in this small area needed the skills of Dr Ali SADIOGLU. I no longer look tired. Again, I am so pleased that I put my trust in him.
*DEEP PLANE NECK AMD LOWER FACE LIFT*
My research lead me to Dr Ali SADIOGLU and I am pleased that it did. My final outcome won’t be seen for a few months so I will review the first two weeks.
Prior to meeting Dr Ali SADIOGLU I sent photos and a description of what I thought I wanted to achieve and he carried out a remote consultation. When I met Dr Ali SADIOGLU, we went through a detailed consultation in person. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He explained where the incision lines would be and described the deep plane process in detail. I was confident the I was Dr Ali SADIOGLU‘s next patient.
Surgery went well. Dr Ali SADIOGLU visited me after surgery and also the next day. The care by him and his team was exceptional. All the aftercare was explained clearly. Moving on to the result…. I write this review at 2 weeks post op. My stitches are where Dr Ali SADIOGLU said they would be and are healing nicely. Whilst my face is swollen still, I can see its new tighter, younger and smoother look. Everything is as it should be at this stage. People have told me that I already look 15 years younger.
I’m sorry for the length of the review but Dr Ali SADIOGLU deserves this review. He is an amazing surgeon. Someone previously described him as having ‘magic hands’. He most certainly has.
I promise to you that I will update this review as time goes by so you have the full picture.
You don’t have to pick the surgeon that has the most 5* reviews to find the best. Dr Ali SADIOGLU Is a hidden Turkish Gem.

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor .
I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.
And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor .

I chose not to use the services at all. I was working with book med for months looked at the pictures of the hospital, but when I got there and actually saw the hospital, it was dirty. The room where you take. The pictures looks dirty unorganized so what would the operating room look like? I pay the consultant fee, but the doctor never touched me. Never put his hands on me. Just looked at my pictures and I'm in the room so you need to fix that.

My impressions of the trip were extremely positive.
From the organisation of the trip with the manager Ekaterina, to the transfer to the airport.
I had the operation on the day of my arrival. I was accompanied by an interpreter at all stages. The procedure itself was quick and painless. The attending doctor Dr İBRAHİM YAŞAR was very pleased. Competent specialist, pleasant and communicative.
After the operation I had two more days for recovery.
The ward was very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. 3 meals a day.
