I was in Istanbul for a holiday and decided to try Morpheus 8. While looking for a clinic I stumbled upon bookimed.com. I didn't have much time since I was due to fly to Cappadocia the next day. ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. November 23 was on the procedure "Botox". Dysport, according to the cosmetologist, 130 units of the drug were injected. Unfortunately, 12 days have passed - the result is completely absent. in the forehead and between the eyebrows - full activity, in the eye area, too, there is no result, except for edema, which appeared on the second day, continues to this day. As I understand it, the edema will subside over the next 2.5-3 months, but the blockage of the muscles in the forehead and between the eyebrows will apparently not happen, either due to an insufficient amount of the drug or an incorrect depth of drug administration. I cannot recommend this procedure in this cleric.

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.

I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road.

The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

I liked everything, I was a little scared when my son was taken to the mrt, but thank you everything went well, the analyses did not reveal autism in the child, we are happy, the cause of zprr is not known. Speech therapy and vitamins are prescribed. Further time will show. The clinic is clean and comfortable. However, the price for pulling a tooth was significantly high compared to other clinics because at that moment I had a toothache. I am disappointed with my my laser treatment and also the way I was looked after by client .
I got laser on my face ,neck and hands to remember my freakles .
The pigmentation on my hands and neck is quiet deep but my face wasn't too bad .
On a previous visit in there Bursa clinic the doctor used different lasers dependent on the pigment and location .
Here the fractional was used for all parts .
My face was improved in appearance but my hands and neck are not good .
The laser and the application was not good .
The doctor went around in straight lines as if had wrinkles but the goal was to target and break up the existing pigmentation .
This was not done therefore the results are not good .
It was 31 degree outside and the clinic never bothered booking me a taxi home .
Patient safety should be a priority this was very disappointing ,I felt once the money was taken over they didn't care about me .
Wouldn't go back again after all this drama .
The picture below is my photo a week after laser on my hands ,I don't see any improvement.

Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.

I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…)
I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc .
The doctor warned me that such results would occur, but I didn’t want implants and hoped for a miracle with fat…I recommend this clinic and doctor Feridun Elmas

Everything was conducted in a very professional manner. I especially liked the prompt response of the interpreter assistant. I can't say anything about the results of the procedure yet, of course, as it will be seen finally later, but I will share the result afterwards.
