My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. And, of course, I would like to mention the surgeon Mindaugas Kazanavičius, who performed the operation and coped brilliantly tasks. Many thanks to him for this!

The doctor and many of the daytime nurses do speak English
Everyone took good care of me, but don’t forget to have a translator app on your phone in case your interpreter isn’t available. The night time nurses and reception don’t speak much English, but the doctor and many of the daytime nurses do. Would definitely recommend for rhinoplasty!

My surgeon, Dr. Satankova, is about her business! She is clearly an expert in the field and knows what she is doing!! I had chin lipo and bichectomy.
What could have been better was the communication the day of my procedure. I was told that I would have to wait until my time came and I definitely understood that an exact time could not be given, but I waited for 4 hrs without any word (preop). Postop, I was told that I would only need to wait in recovery for 1 hr. I had to contact the nurse after the second hr to ask when I would be discharged.
Other than that I had a positive experience overall. The liaison that helped schedule the procedure (Mariya) was very nice and helped me find a new date when the original date had to be cancelled.

Overall everything is good. I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait a long time for the doctor during appointments. Also, the medical staff hardly speaks English. Only Turkish. Because of this, I could not sleep at night after the operation. Because they didn't understand what I was telling them about my problem. There is also absolute audibility at night between the corridor and the wards. Many thanks to Akilay (my coordinator). A very attentive and sensitive girl. I liked the hotel. Corresponds to the declared status and price. The staff is qualified. Overall the organization is good. Thanks everyone.

I'm very impressed with the outcome. Bookimed assistant was helpful and arrange a virtual consultation with the consultant. While English was not his strong fort, his expertise made up for it. The staff, especially Margi was extremely valuable as she speaks fluently English. Her knowledge and expertise was well appreciated as well as her care and attentiveness. The staff was nice. I did rhinoplasty and liposuction and I'll very impressed with the outcome. Post op care was provided. The nose did not hurt post op in comparison with the liposuction, which was quite uncomfortable. Not painful, numb and tender I suppose. As to the cost, it's fairly competitive.

I asked for help in getting massages and they helped with that which is where the additional cost came from. I also had a massage for general pain from a nurse, which was a little out of their scope but they were happy to oblige.

First, I wanted to say that Jimena here on Bookimed have been the best!! She always check up with me if I was feeling okay, and gave me a lot of support! I really appreciate that❤️ so Himena is the best!!
The doctor Young min at Very Good plastic surgery is great! He has a a lot of expertise and experience, he’s the head m chef of the clinic as well.
But, Tanya at the clinic she didn’t give me any support at all she was suppose to be there for me and give me support, I did a huge surgery , jaw reduction and a chin reduction, so the doctor cut in my bones.
So when I woke up I was in sooo my agony and pain I’ve never felt anything like it in my entire life, it felt like I had a screwdriver penetrating my temples slow back and forth, it was terrible, instead of being there for me saying everything went good etc they just started to scream “stop crying” wouldn’t even bother to ask why I was crying or if I was having any pain at all
The nurses told me “ you paid for this cosmetic procedure you put yourself in this situation “ when I ask for pain killers. She also told me “I’ve never seen anyone like you, in this much pain, I won’t give you more” like I was lying?
I’ve never had death anxiety before but I thought I was going to die. The sent me home 24h after surgery I was super swollen and scared, I felt betrayed of everyone. I was alone in this country.
When I showed my inspiration photos to Tanya the translator/assistant she laughed.
Even after surgery she didn’t give me any support, I felt in the way, like I was a problem for them.
But it was some good nurses as well x.

Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. The medical team members are so friendly and helpful. Although I speak zero Korean, I can sense their passion and empathy, which dramatically reduced my anxiety to go through the surgery. They are very supportive from the right beginning to the end when I left Seoul. And big thanks to the assistance from Yena, who provides detailed before and after care instructions rather than just working as an interpreter.
Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids. They look much younger and alert.

The hospital looks like a 5 star hotel.
The service was just as good aswell.
The Dr was very informative, she spoke English too. Even though I was given a translator for my appointment. She was helpful when I visited other sections in the hospital that had non English speakers.

It’s hard to even imagine how much time, financial and professional costs it took for the creators to make the information so accessible and complete for the patient. Thank you for your work and choosing such a useful niche as this! It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Just as theater begins with a coat rack, so in my case Istanbul greeted me with a friendly smile from the driver and a luxurious car. It is impossible not to mention Alpay. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon!
