My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. And, of course, I would like to mention the surgeon Mindaugas Kazanavičius, who performed the operation and coped brilliantly tasks. Many thanks to him for this!

Overall everything is good. I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait a long time for the doctor during appointments. Also, the medical staff hardly speaks English. Only Turkish. Because of this, I could not sleep at night after the operation. Because they didn't understand what I was telling them about my problem. There is also absolute audibility at night between the corridor and the wards. Many thanks to Akilay (my coordinator). A very attentive and sensitive girl. I liked the hotel. Corresponds to the declared status and price. The staff is qualified. Overall the organization is good. Thanks everyone.

My surgeon, Dr. Satankova, is about her business! She is clearly an expert in the field and knows what she is doing!! I had chin lipo and bichectomy.
What could have been better was the communication the day of my procedure. I was told that I would have to wait until my time came and I definitely understood that an exact time could not be given, but I waited for 4 hrs without any word (preop). Postop, I was told that I would only need to wait in recovery for 1 hr. I had to contact the nurse after the second hr to ask when I would be discharged.
Other than that I had a positive experience overall. The liaison that helped schedule the procedure (Mariya) was very nice and helped me find a new date when the original date had to be cancelled.

The doctor and many of the daytime nurses do speak English
Everyone took good care of me, but don’t forget to have a translator app on your phone in case your interpreter isn’t available. The night time nurses and reception don’t speak much English, but the doctor and many of the daytime nurses do. Would definitely recommend for rhinoplasty!

My medical team with carlos leading, was great. I couldn't ask for any better. From start to finish, he was always available. He speaks perfect English. He checked on me daily. The price quotes did not change. Dr aylana is very knowledgeable in his field. In the consultation he asked me what my expectations were. He didn't try to talk me into any procedures I didn't need. I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. I chose not to use the services at all. I was working with book med for months looked at the pictures of the hospital, but when I got there and actually saw the hospital, it was dirty. The room where you take. The pictures looks dirty unorganized so what would the operating room look like? I pay the consultant fee, but the doctor never touched me. Never put his hands on me. Just looked at my pictures and I'm in the room so you need to fix that.

It's a nice small clinic.
I will start with the supervisor: Karina, a wonderful girl, very friendly and professional, I was delighted with her.
The nurses are mostly adult women with a lot of experience. The night after the operation I was pleasantly surprised that after pressing the call button I did not have to wait for them to come at all.

I am leaving a detailed review covering four procedures I’m from the U.K. I had a Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, deep plane neck and lower face lift on 29th December 2024 with Dr Ali SADIOGLU.
Whilst my overall results can’t yet be seen I would like to tell you what I can for now. Dr Ali SADIOGLU has a professional approach to his work but remains compassionate, empathetic and respectful to your needs and wishes. He listens to what you are saying and discusses any concerns, issues and questions that you have about your procedure. He advises you. He is truthful about the results that you could achieve.
The pre procedure coordinator, Defne, was invaluable. Her services before arriving in Istanbul were excellent. Fluent English is spoken and no question was too much for her to deal with and answer promptly. Without Defne and her attention to the detail of my potential booking I would not have booked. Well done Defne.
My procedure coordinator and my English speaking contact in Istanbul was Elif. The wonderful, professional, never tiring, always available Elif. She was amazing. Elif attended all my appointments with me. Travelled in the taxis with me but remained professional. She ensured that there were no issues with translation (despite my surgeon speaking excellent English) 5*’s for service and patience.

Having a Rhinoplasty at 57yrs old concerned me. Dr Ali SADIOGLU Explained in detail exactly what he thought would look best for my face. I put my entire trust in him and the end product was AMAZING. Dr Ali SADIOGLU explained how he could improve the look of my eyes with a small procedure. The micro detail in this small area needed the skills of Dr Ali SADIOGLU. I no longer look tired. Again, I am so pleased that I put my trust in him.
*DEEP PLANE NECK AMD LOWER FACE LIFT*
My research lead me to Dr Ali SADIOGLU and I am pleased that it did. My final outcome won’t be seen for a few months so I will review the first two weeks.
Prior to meeting Dr Ali SADIOGLU I sent photos and a description of what I thought I wanted to achieve and he carried out a remote consultation. When I met Dr Ali SADIOGLU, we went through a detailed consultation in person. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He explained where the incision lines would be and described the deep plane process in detail. I was confident the I was Dr Ali SADIOGLU‘s next patient.
Surgery went well. Dr Ali SADIOGLU visited me after surgery and also the next day. The care by him and his team was exceptional. All the aftercare was explained clearly. Moving on to the result…. I write this review at 2 weeks post op. My stitches are where Dr Ali SADIOGLU said they would be and are healing nicely. Whilst my face is swollen still, I can see its new tighter, younger and smoother look. Everything is as it should be at this stage. People have told me that I already look 15 years younger.
I’m sorry for the length of the review but Dr Ali SADIOGLU deserves this review. He is an amazing surgeon. Someone previously described him as having ‘magic hands’. He most certainly has.
I promise to you that I will update this review as time goes by so you have the full picture.
You don’t have to pick the surgeon that has the most 5* reviews to find the best. Dr Ali SADIOGLU Is a hidden Turkish Gem.
