My name is Sergey, St. Petersburg, I am 65 years old and I have had prostate cancer. 03/19. 19 I got a PSA 6.26 analysis result. (I periodically donated blood for PSA, as there were some problems of a urological nature, besides, I was at risk, my father had prostate cancer) I turned to an oncologist, did an MRI of the pelvis, which showed that I in the left lobe of the gland, a capsule of 20x8 mm, conclusion: PIRADS 5, as bad as possible, as the doctor said. Next, the biopsy that confirmed the cancer, “Acinar Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate,” the total score for Gleason 6. Of course it was a hit! Although I understood that this is quite possible. My relatives helped me a lot: wife, children (I have two sons), wife of the eldest son (I do not like the word daughter-in-law). And then the question, "where to do the operation?" His son was told about the existence of the Bookimed company, which helps people in finding the best treatment option for various diseases around the world. They immediately told me that the operation will be done by an assistant professor Dolezhal (experience, more than 2000 operations on prostate cancer on a robot !!!), assisted by Professor Tvaruzhek. All information about the clinic and doctors in the public domain on the website of the hospital of St. Zdislava. This is one of the many reasons why I had surgery there, and not in Russia, I could not get information on the statistics of operations performed by doctors in St. Petersburg. I flew to Prague 05/01/19, I was met at the airport and taken to the hospital, there I was met by the translator Otakar Peshek, speaks excellent Russian. 05/03/19 I had surgery, everything went well. I want to thank the entire staff of the hospital, all the great professionals, have been working in this hospital for many years, starting from nurses. Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. In principle, the visit went very well, only good impressions remained. Now there are certain problems, because doctors at home do not agree with the diagnosis that was made in China, but we were provided with professional help at the Food Clinic. Despite the fact that the full-time translator was on vacation and we took it on our own, the visit went very well. The rooms are very good, they look like 5 star rooms. As soon as we arrived, the nurses came to the ward, measured the pressure, helped in everything. In general, the clinic staff is friendly and helpful.
