My father was treated at the St. Zdislava Clinic (Da Vinci robot surgery radical prostatectomy! The operation was performed by Jan Doležen (a very experienced prostate surgeon). Dad was met, in the clinic always took care of Dad interpreter Otakar, if something was needed, was on the phone and came, who speaks fluent Ukrainian and Russian, many of the medical staff understand Russian. There was constant care in the clinic, they always came, cleaned, fed me delicious food and took care of me. Dad was in the clinic for more than 7 days, they did not require additional payment. I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare sy, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. Journey to medical tourism in Turkey was an Excellent experience! Was welcomed at the airport by the team member of Dr. Bakr AbdulHadi and took us to hotel.
