We came to the clinic with bags, as the appointment was before check-in to the hotel, in the end we carried the bags ourselves to the place where they said to leave them, there is no staff in the clinic, there are no men who could pick up the bags and no trolleys for bags, I think it is not expensive for this clinic to do such a service.

I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.

I liked the doctor's professionalism, competence, ability to explain the causes of pain in an accessible way, to show clearly the planned treatment, and also to warn about the need for further "self-doctor" behaviour for further recovery of health. The attitude of the staff is excellent.

We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there.
