Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication.
The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good.

Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience
The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!
Translators were top notch! Everything was amazing, I can't select just one thing.
Had issue with payment, it kept getting rejected and due to this I wasn't admitted right away. But once payment went through, all services followed smoothly.

Memorial is more than a hospital. It is home from home. Very hospitable and caring staff who show a lot of empathy. My one night stay in the hospital was a delightful experience, kind and available staff, every neat and hygienic room. The doctors are on top of their job. I was taken through a lecture in nuclear physics 101, broken in simple language. The lecturer helped allayed my initial fears about the treatment. The treatment was speedy and the results came so quickly. The doctor was by my bedside to explain the next steps. The translator was fantastic. The transportation service was superb, always on time. I got more than value for my money. I will strongly recommend Memorial Sisli Hospital for any person seeking Lu-177 therapy

The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. Very pleased with the attitude towards patients. The staff was polite and courteous. They responded quickly to all my needs. They suggested the best alternative treatment and were very tactful during the operation. The operation was done under local anaesthesia, and painkillers have very little effect on me, but the doctor was very sensitive and understanding of my condition and patiently waited and increased the dose of anaesthesia until the action started. And during the whole operation constantly asked about my condition and even on small reactions of pain, which were reflected apparently in my face immediately responded. And the assistants (nurses) were close by, giving emotional support. I would especially like to mention the attitude of the interpreter Rabia, who was always in touch with me throughout my stay and answered at any time of the day, despite the workload I saw. This is very human of her when you don't know anything and don't know the language. I would like to thank the clinic and all the medical staff for the help provided and for the sensitive attitude towards each client.

My assessment of the clinic was only because I did not stay there, only about 20 minutes for an OSTA examination. I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. Thank you very much Bookimed for choosing a clinic for us for 3 months and keeping in touch with us throughout the time that we were there, but their partners who deal with us upon arrival in the country are negligent about worn and not fully perform their obyazonnosti.Im want to advise humanity, we (people with health) eat with the hope of recovery! From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... The coordinator was helpful and provide the information as far as possible. The hospital arranged a native Cantonese speaker who acted as a translator. This arrangement facilitated the communication. The consultation was abit rush as the doctor had other engagement and needed to leave for urgent duties. On the treatment aspect, hope to have more explanation and medical advice.
On request, the coordinator brought us to visit the wards and private rooms and that helped me to understand the environment if I choose to treat in Fuda hospital.

I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!

Bookimed.com is a very good platform, and I am happy that I have found this platform. About my experience it wasnt what I was expecting, not for bookimed fault, but mostly from hospital, medical staff and assistants. Somehow I can sum it up as I was part of a very strange experience, where everything is beautiful in words, but not in reality.
