He was an outstanding athlete and for six years shared his knowledge about the workings of the brain with everyone through sessions, conferences, books and social media.
Arturo believes that taking care of your mental health should not start when life forces us to do so, but rather in advance - as a process of self-analysis and self-knowledge that promotes growth and motivation to achieve a fulfilling life.
He works side by side with athletes of all levels every day, helping them achieve their best results and have fun doing it. The fundamental principle of his approach is attention to the process itself - this is what gives self-confidence and a sense of security.
Arturo also works with professional and educational institutions to promote effective emotional management, conflict prevention and the creation of more harmonious and productive environments based on cooperation, generosity and efficiency.
Qualification
- Higher education : graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Complutense University of Madrid.
Specialization and additional studies:
- Master of Psychology and Sports Coaching.
- Master of Science in Psychology of High Performance Sports.
- Master of Science in Neuromarketing and Consumer Behavior.
- Master of General Health Psychology (in progress).
- Master of Positive Psychology.
