Priv.Doz. Dr. Peter J. Bock was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1971. After graduating from the Medical School of the ViennaUniversity in 1998, having an internship in Krankenhaus Oberndorf bei Salzburg and residency in the Unfallkrankenhaus Meidling / Vienna, Dr. Bock has joined the Orthopedic Department at the Universitätsklinik Basel and shortly after was recruited by the Orthopedic Department at the Donauspital in 2001, where he became an expert and leading specialist. In 2013 Priv. Doz. Dr. Bock joined the newly founded team at the well known orthopedic hospital Vienna Speising as senior consultant doctor. In September 2016 Dr. Bock became head of the orthopedic department at the hospital Speising Vienna – a well known clinic in Austria. In order to dedicate even more time to his patients Dr. Bock decided in September 2020 to leave the Hospital Speising and to continue to work in his private office. Dr. Bock has performed more than 5000 orthopedic operations. Dr. Bock wrote and published many useful articles
