Dr. Antonio Berruezo Sanchez is a respected cardiologist and electrophysiologist with over 22 years of experience. He specializes in treating cardiac arrhythmias, preventing sudden cardiac death, and implanting pacemakers and defibrillators.
He has published more than 200 research articles. Dr. Berruezo has also worked as an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona. He has led several national and international research projects, including five funded by the Spanish FIS and the Horizon 2020 program. He is a member of the Spanish Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology, and the European Heart Rhythm Association.
