She was born in 1983 in Albania. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Albania, her graduated from Istanbul University, Çapa Faculty of Dentistry in 2002-2007. She completed his graduation thesis on “Burs Used in Inlay and Onlay Aesthetic Restorations”. Among the congresses and trainings she attended are implant application and prosthetic trainings of various implant companies, the use of transparent appliances for orthodontics, aesthetics in dentistry, the health of periodontal tissues after implants and various endodontics seminars. She can speak English, Turkish, Albanian, Italian. 

Dr. Çiğdem Karakuş is a dentist at Dent Glow Clinic in Izmir. She specializes in aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, and veneers. She graduated with honors from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 2020. Dr. Karakuş has completed advanced training in implantology, porcelain laminate veneers, and implant-supported prostheses.

He developed a connective tissue graft harvesting tool (Nizam Punch), which is being produced in Germany and two implant sys which are being used in many countries. He still keeps his academic position in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology.
