Müslüm ÇİÇEK was born in Malatya in 1969 and attended primary, secondary and higher education in Malatya. He graduated from Istanbul University Medical School in 1992. He completed his specialization in anesthesiology and intensive care at Şişli Etfal Hospital in 1997.

He worked at Malatya İnönü University Medical School between 2000 and 2008. In 2005, he worked in the intensive care unit at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, USA. In 2007, he became Associate Professor and in 2013, Professor.

In 2016, he was rector of the Cyprus University of Social and Health Sciences. He held this position for two years.

In 2018, he began working at Istinye University Health Practice and Research Hospital Gaziosmanpaşa as “medical director, specialist in anesthesiology and resuscitation and sub-specialist in intensive care”. He continues to hold this position.

He is a member of numerous national and international associations.

Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız, who graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1996, completed his specialization in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istanbul University Cardiology Institute.

During his specialization, he took part in studies on ( Therapy) related to the heart and blood vessels in America and Germany, and studies on artificial heart support sys. He was a member of the surgical team in the application of the artificial heart support device, which was first installed at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, and worked on the artificial heart project. He took part in the establishment of the Cardiovascular Surgery Department of Cyprus Near East University and successfully completed 35 open heart surgeries as a team. After 17 years of adult and pediatric heart surgeries, Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız has been particularly interested in varicose veins and vascular diseases and ankle wounds that develop due to these for the last 12 years.
