Доктор Онур Шахин окончил стоматологический факультет Университета Хаджеттепе в 2011 году и завершил специализированную подготовку на кафедре челюстно-лицевой хирургии Университета Гази в 2016 году. С 2017 года он работает академиком на кафедре челюстно-лицевой хирургии Измирского университета Катип Челеби. В 2021 году ему было присвоено звание доцента. Кроме того, с 2017 года он продолжил обучение в докторантуре на медицинском факультете Университета Эге, на кафедре стволовых клеток. Интересы доктора Онура Шахина включают в себя передовую имплантологию, аугментацию твердых и мягких тканей атрофированных челюстей, лечение all-on-X, скуловые, крыловидные и трансназальные имплантаты, медикаментозный остеонекроз челюсти (MRONJ), а также стволовые клетки и регенеративную терапию. Он был приглашенным докладчиком на многих национальных и международных симпозиумах по имплантологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии и провел множество практических и кадаверных курсов по имплантологии. Доктор Шахин, который выполнил первый случай с имплантатами скуловой кости, крыловидной кости и трансназальной имплантации в Турции, имеет более 100 пациентов, прошедших лечение с помощью этих имплантатов. she graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2000. Between 2000-2021, she worked in her own office in Şişli; and between 2021-2024, she worked in her own clinic on Bağdat Street.
She has attended numerous seminars and courses throughout her career.
she received "Digital Smile Design" training at Miami University, USA in 2014; and "Advanced Implantology" training at California Northstate University in 2017.

She spent the final year of her educational life in Italy, completing her education and internship at the University of Foggia.
