Op. Dr. Mustafa İşlek was born in 1961. After completing his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, he completed his ophthalmology residency at Sakarya State Hospital. Op. Dr. İşlek was at Albert Szent Gyorgyi University Faculty of Medicine between 1990 and 1992; Between 1992 and 1994, at Istanbul Şişli Eftal Hospital; Between 1998 and 2011, he worked at Antalya Serik State Hospital.
