Born and raised in Turkey, Dr. Pera attended the highly reputed Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty from 2008 to 2013, where he began his journey to become a dentist. His passion for the field led him to further specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a field he trained in extensively at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry from 2016 to 2021.

During the last two years of my specialization, I completed rotations in General Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Anesthesia. Throughout this period, I conducted extensive work in immediate implantology, and my PhD research focused on immediate and short implants.

Following this period, I established Milim Dental Hospital, where I currently lead a dedicated team of 30 professionals, including 9 doctors. Dr. Baştan completed his education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University and was the first physician to receive a master’s degree in Oral Implantology at Yeditepe University. He completed this program with a thesis on “Postoperative CT Evaluation of Implant Treatments Supported by Panoramic Radiographs in the Preoperative Period”. Since this period, he has been working intensively on dental implant surgery and implant supported prosthesis. He then completed a mastership program in the field of Laser Therapy Applications in Dentistry, a joint program between RWTH Aachen University and Bezmialem University.
