Surgeon Ekrem Keskin was born in 1986 in Istanbul. He completed his education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2010, and was awarded the title of Medical Doctor. During his residency training he was instructed in nose, facial and breast aesthetics under the supervision of James Zins, MD and Raffi Gurunluoglu, MD, at Cleveland Clinic Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department, Cleveland, OHIO-USA in 2016. I started my specialization training at the University of Health Sciences, Ankara Training and Research Hospital’s Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Department in 2012.

During my residency, I had ample opportunities to experience and perform a variety of aesthetic, reconstructive, and microsurgical procedures.

In 2014, I qualified for international proficiency in microsurgery after attending the International Microsurgery Course in Monza, Italy.

In 2015, as part of an international health service initiative organized by the Ministry of Health, I spent 10 days in Uzbekistan, where I performed numerous surgeries on cleft lips/palates and burn patients.

I have further enhanced my skills by participating in various domestic and international conventions and courses.
