Dr. Mehmet Cemil Uygur is a respected urologist with expertise in uro-oncology and robotic urologic surgery. He earned his M.D. from Hacettepe University Medical School. He completed a research fellowship at Helsinki University. He also received advanced training in robotic surgery at Vanderbilt University Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, and USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Dr. Uygur has published over 300 articles in national and international journals. His work has received 781 scientific citations across 41 articles, and he has an h-index of 18. He is a full member of the European Association of Urology and a corresponding member of the American Urological Association. He also serves on the board of the Turkish Society of Urologic Oncology.

He is currently Professor and Chair of Urology at Near East University Medical School. Dr. Uygur is also Chief of Urology and Director of the Urooncology and Robotic Surgery Programs at Anadolu Medical Center, which is affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Dr. Ilker Nihat Okten is a board-certified medical oncologist. He is accredited by the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO). Dr. Okten has worked as a sub-investigator in several phase III clinical trials. His work has helped advance cancer treatment. Ayhan Ozcan, M.D., is a professor of pathology and worked as a faculty member in the Department of Pathology at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, School of Medicine, Ankara (2001-2016) and Yeni Yüzyil University, School of Medicine, Istanbul (2016-2018) in Turkey.

He was appointed to assistant professor in 2001, associate professor in 2006, and professor in 2015 in the Department of Pathology at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, School of Medicine, Ankara. 

He specializes in kidney pathology (medical and non-medical). He also served as director of electron microscopy in the Department of Pathology at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, School of Medicine, Ankara. 

He graduated from GMMA in 1991 at, where he stayed for pathology residency training for three years. His interests include nephropathology, genitourinary pathology, bone and soft tissue pathology, placental pathology, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy.

He joined as a visiting professor in the Renal Pathology Division, Department of Pathology, Methodist Hospital in Texas for 1 year (2005-2006). After five years, he worked as a visiting scholar (about nephropathology and genitourinary pathology) in the Department of Pathology, School of Medicine, Indiana University for 4 months in 2010. Dr Ozates was born in 1966 in Birecik district of Sanliurfa in Turkey. He completed his primary and secondary education in my hometown, Birecik. He got into Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1983. After 6 years of successful education, he started Radiology education at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine by passing the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) in the same year I graduated in 1989.

Between 1993 and 1995, he worked as a Radiology Specialist in various hospitals in Gaziantep. He passed the Assistant Professorship exam and started to work as a faculty member at Dicle University in 1995.

Prof. Dr. Ümmügül Üyetürk completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine between 1988-1994. She specialized in Internal Medicine at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital from 1998 to 2003. Between 2008-2011, she received her subspecialty training in Medical Oncology at Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital.

After serving as the deputy chief physician at Suluova State Hospital, she established the Internal Medicine Department and Medical Oncology Science Branch at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University between 2011-2020, where she served as the head of the science branch. During this time, she educated resident doctors and students. Üyetürk, who received the title of Associate Professor in 2014, spent 6 months in Canada/Toronto in 2019. Prof. Dr. Süleyman Alıcı completed his medical education at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine. (1990) He later specialized in Internal Medicine between 1991-1995 at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Internal Medicine Clinic. He worked as an Assistant Professor at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine Internal Medicine Clinic between 1996-1997. He obtained his subspecialty training in Medical Oncology at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (Çapa Medicine) between 1997-2000. After that, he worked again at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine between 2000-2005 and established the Medical Oncology Department.
