Prof. Dr. Mustafa ÖZATEŞ

Dr Ozates was born in 1966 in Birecik district of Sanliurfa in Turkey. He completed his primary and secondary education in my hometown, Birecik. He got into Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1983. After 6 years of successful education, he started Radiology education at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine by passing the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) in the same year I graduated in 1989.

Between 1993 and 1995, he worked as a Radiology Specialist in various hospitals in Gaziantep. He passed the Assistant Professorship exam and started to work as a faculty member at Dicle University in 1995.

In 2003, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor with the examination held at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. In 2005-2013, Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital Radiology Clinic Chief, Training and Administrative Officer.

In 2013, he started to work as a professor at Nişantaşı University. On March 15, 2013, he was appointed as the Inter-University Board Representative for 1 year. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Ayvansaray University. He is a sub – specialist in “Pediatric Radiology”

His articles have been published in many magazines in Turkey and abroad. He presented written and oral presentations and gave conferences at congresses in various cities and countries.

As the Radiology Clinic Chief of Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, he is the first professor who performed Coronary CT Angiography in a state hospital in Istanbul.

He is one of Turkey’s first Children’s Radiology Specialist Minor. He did his military service between March and April 2000 at the 200-bed Malatya Military Hospital.

Dr. Kayihan Engin is a Radiation Oncologist. He earned his medical degree from Uludağ University Medical College in 1983. He completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at the Center of Oncology & Nuclear Medicine in Istanbul in 1990. From 1990 to 1994, he pursued a post-doctoral fellowship in Thermoradiotherapy at Thomas Jefferson University in the USA.

Dr. Engin has held key academic and leadership roles. He served as Professor, Chairman, and Faculty Accreditation Coordinator at Uludağ University Medical College from 1991 to 2005. He was also Professor and Director at Anadolu Medical Center between 2004 and 2017. Since 2017, he has led the Oncological Sciences departments at Ceylan International and Medicana Bursa Hospitals. Dr. Engin is known for his work in improving cancer treatment and medical education standards in Turkey.

Dr. Nedret Taflan Salepci is a Medical Oncologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She completed her medical degree and specialized in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology at Istanbul University, a leading medical school in Turkey.

Dr. Salepci has worked at Kartal Training and Research Hospital as a Medical Oncology Specialist. She also served as Assistant Chief of the Internal Diseases Clinic. In 2010, she became an Associate Professor. She has also provided oncology care at Universal Italian Giovanni Alberto Angelli Hospital.

She is a member of the Medical Oncology Association, Lung Cancers Association (AKAD), ESMO, ASCO, and the Istanbul Medical Chamber. These memberships show her dedication to professional growth and high standards in cancer care.

Dr. Alper Can is a Medical Oncology specialist with broad experience in treating many types of cancer. His expertise covers lung, breast, colorectal, gastric, liver, kidney, pancreatic, stomach, prostate, uterine, and thyroid cancers. He is skilled in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, phytotherapy, ozone therapy, and hyperthermic chemotherapy. Dr. Can focuses on gastrointestinal, gynecological, and genitourinary cancers.

He completed his medical degree at Istanbul University. He received advanced oncology training at Katip Çelebi University. Dr. Can has worked as Assistant and Associate Professor at Yüzüncü Yıl University. He is a member of several oncology societies, including ESMO, ESGO, and IASLC. Dr. Ersin Öztürk, M.D., is a Professor of Medicine and an expert in General Surgery. His specialties include Surgical Oncology, Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgery, Obesity Surgery, Hernia Surgery, and Proctology. He holds a Ph.D. in Physiology. Dr. Öztürk completed his residency at Uludağ University and later conducted advanced research at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in the USA.

He is currently a Professor at Medicana Bursa Hospital. Dr. Öztürk has also served as Assistant and Associate Professor at Uludağ University and as Professor at KTO Karatay University. He is known for his important work in surgical innovation and medical education in Turkey.
