Müslüm ÇİÇEK was born in Malatya in 1969 and attended primary, secondary and higher education in Malatya. He graduated from Istanbul University Medical School in 1992. He completed his specialization in anesthesiology and intensive care at Şişli Etfal Hospital in 1997.

He worked at Malatya İnönü University Medical School between 2000 and 2008. In 2005, he worked in the intensive care unit at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, USA. In 2007, he became Associate Professor and in 2013, Professor.

In 2016, he was rector of the Cyprus University of Social and Health Sciences. He held this position for two years.

Dr. Demetrios Koutsospyros was born and raised in Astoria, Queens. After graduating from the Bronx High School of Science, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from SUNY Stony Brook University. He then earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2012.

He subsequently completed his internship in internal medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and his anesthesiology residency at New York Medical College at Westchester Medical center where he served as chief resident his final year.
