She completed her training at the Charité in Berlin and has been a specialist in radiotherapy for 20 years. She worked as a senior physician in all departments of the Charité in Berlin, and from 2007 to 2015 she was a senior physician and deputy director of the Charité clinic in Berlin. In 2015, she was appointed head of the department of radiotherapy at the University Hospital of Cologne and very successfully headed the clinic there until 2022. Since the end of 2022, she has been heading the private radiotherapy clinic "RadioOnkologie Vosspalais". Clinical areas include radioimmunotherapy, high-precision therapy, multimodal therapy of gynecological tumors and prostate carcinoma.

Professor Dr. Marnitz is a member of the German and European Guidelines for the Therapy of Endometrial Carcinoma. She is also an independent external expert of the European Council for the Therapy of Carcinoma of the Cervical, Vulvar and Vaginal Cancer. Prof. Dr. med. Volker Budach *Prof. Dr.med. Volker Budach

He completed his medical studies at the University of Essen and was appointed to the Department of Radiotherapy at the Charité Hospital in Berlin in 1993. He successfully headed this department until 2022, with almost 40 years of professional and 30 years of managerial experience. Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Budach, numerous clinical studies were conducted, especially in the therapy of head and neck tumors. Along with other tumors such as sarcomas, bronchial carcinomas and breast carcinomas, which are his clinical and scientific focus. Prof. Dr. Budach founded and for many years jointly directed the comprehensive cancer center at the Charité. In addition to his function as director of the clinic, he also headed the Charité Center 14, which combined the topics of imaging and oncology. Prof. Budach was President of the German Society for Radiation Oncology (DEGRO) and President of its congress. At the EORTC, he headed the head and neck tumour group for many years. He is the author of numerous important papers on the optimisation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of head and neck tumours. After 30 years of leading the clinic, Prof. Dr. Budach decided to transfer his experience in radiation oncology to the RadioOnkologie Vosspalais clinic. Dr. Ilker Nihat Okten is a board-certified medical oncologist. He is accredited by the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO). Dr. Okten has worked as a sub-investigator in several phase III clinical trials. His work has helped advance cancer treatment. Dr. Raj Nagarkar is a leading Surgical Oncologist with 19 years of experience. He has performed over 50,000 cancer surgeries. His main focus areas are Breast and Thoracic Surgical Oncology. He is involved in more than 200 clinical trials and has contributed to many national and international publications.

Dr. Nagarkar trained in Surgical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He also holds an MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
