Dr. Roberto Mella brings over 20 years of diverse and extensive medical experience to Satori Recovery. Born in Brussels and multilingual in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French, he is a seasoned medical professional with a truly global perspective. His career spans military and civilian medicine, from serving as a naval doctor for the German Navy to practicing as an anesthesiologist and emergency response physician in leading medical institutions across Europe.

Dr. Mella’s expertise is complemented by his entrepreneurial ventures, including founding medical service and consulting enterprises such as the German Dream Team. His specialized training includes anesthesiology, hyperbaric and diving medicine, osteopathy, and medical quality management. His passion for holistic care makes him an exceptional guide for Satori’s mission to provide transformative recovery experiences.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Mella's personal journey reflects a deep commitment to growth and learning. As a mentor, teacher, and advocate for lifelong education, he combines clinical expertise with empathetic leadership, embodying the values of excellence and compassion central to Satori Recovery.

Dr. Aranda received his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad de Málaga in 1983. He specialized in traumatology and orthopedics at the Department of Traumatology and Surgical Orthopedics of the Instituto Dexeus, Barcelona between 1988 and 1993. under the direction of Dr. Villarrubias.

Throughout his medical practice, Dr.Aranda has worked in leading hospitals in Spain, participated in the medical support of the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona and was a traumatologist in the Federación Española de Motociclismo in the European and World Championships in the period 1982 - 1992.

Dr. Aranda currently concentrates his medical practice on the treatment of pathologies of the hip and foot at Hospital Quironsalud Marbella and is a traumatologist at the Sociedad Sportclinic Marbella, a member of the Spanish Society for Hip Surgery Secca.

Louise is a Certified Drug And Alcohol Addiction Counsellor (Practitioner Member of AP; ICADC; MBACP).

She has studied at The Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF); The Metanoia Institute; Bath University; and London South Bank University (LSBU)..

Louise has a MSc. In Addiction Psychology And Counselling with Distinction (LSBU); a qualification in Interpersonal Group Therapy (Action On Addiction); and a certificate in Schema Therapy (The Institute Of Schema Therapy, London).

Louise’s practice is trauma-informed and she is currently working towards certification as an EMDR therapist.
She has worked in addiction treatment centres since 2009, both in Spain and the UK.

Louise is passionate about supporting others to develop connection and mean in their lives.
