Dr. Burcu Akman was born in İstanbul, 1997. She was graduated from Yeşilköy Anatolian High School. She completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Dentistry in 2020.  She received her doctorate education in Yeditepe University faculty of Dentistry, Department of Prosthodonty. Her PhD thesis is about digital dentistry prosthesis. She is a member of the Turkish Dental Association and the International Tram of Implanthology (ITI).  She was a member of Osseder between 2020-2022 and scientific commitee member in TDB (2022-2023). She has received special educations about CAD/CAM, Dİgital Smile Design and Laminate Veneers, Occlusion and Temporomandibular Joint Disorders, Teeth Whitening. She participated in many seminars and congresses during her professional career. She worked at Acıbadem İnternational Hospital (2020), Şengel Dental Clinic (2021) , Rotadent (2022) and Mozaikdent (2023). She was born in Salihli, Manisa in 1975. She completed her secondary education at Salihli Sekine Evren Anatolian High School and her higher education at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry and graduated successfully in 1999.
In the same year, she started working as an assistant professor at the I.U. Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Community Oral and Dental Health, and completed her master's degree with high honors at the I.U. Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health in 2003. During her four-year academic education, she worked as a lecturer at the Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry and had the opportunity to work in various private clinics.
