During his residency at Gazi University, Dr. Sadioğlu honed his surgical expertise, performing a multitude of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries. His dedication to advancing his knowledge led him to complete a rigorous course organized by the Reconstructive Microsurgery Association, culminating in the acquisition of a prestigious microsurgery certificate.

In 2011 , she studied at RWTH Aachen University in Germany for one year with an exchange programme. She started her residency in Ear, Nose , Throat & Head and Neck Surgery at Antalya Research and Training Hospital in 2014.
