Dr. Hüseyin Yüce Bircan is a general and endocrine surgeon. He completed his residency at Ankara Oncology Hospital in 2004. He has worked in major hospitals in Turkey. He also gained international experience at Cleveland Clinic in the USA and Ospedale Santa Chiara in Italy.

Dr. Bircan was a faculty member in General Surgery and Transplantation at Başkent University until 2021. He now practices at Istanbul Oncology Hospital. He serves on the Supervisory Board of the Endocrine Surgery Association and is an active member of several surgical societies.
