He graduated from Ankara Science High School and went on to complete his Internal Medicine internship at London Ealing General Hospital, as well as his compulsory service as a general practitioner in Siirt 1984-1986. He then completed his residency in Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital, Radiodiagnostics Department, and graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration. He received his titles of associate professor and professor in the field of Radiodiagnostics and has published 47 articles, 14 of which are abroad and 33 of which are domestic.
