Dr. Olga Shkolnaya is a highly experienced plastic surgeon with over 12 years of experience and more than 500 surgeries. He passed the first step of the European Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) board exams in Brussels, Belgium in 2019 and the second step in İzmir, Turkey in 2020, and was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). He also has a professional qualification certificate from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Between 2019-2021, he completed his compulsory service at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital. He attended many national and international meetings and courses. He has many oral presentations at meetings. There are 2 plastic surgery book translations for Turkish plastic surgeons. He is a chapter author in 2 different plastic surgery books.
