Dr. Young Min Im is a renowned plastic surgeon and chief physician at VG Plastic Surgery Clinic. After achieving a high degree in the national exam, Dr Hakan Tekin started his medical education at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty / English Department. He started to work in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at Van Yuzuncu Yil University. Dr. Burak Pasinlioğlu graduated from Ankara Science High School in 2006. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. He also graduated from Anadolu University Business Administration Department in 2016 as the second university.

In the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) held in 2014, he ranked 39th among approximately ten thousand doctors and was entitled to receive training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, one of the most well-established plastic surgery clinics in Turkey. During his residency, he performed hundreds of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.

He participated in many surgeries as an observer at the Cleveland Clinic, which was chosen as the second best hospital in the USA. In 2019, he worked as a fellow with world-renowned plastic surgeon Prof.Dr.Moustapha Hamdi in breast aesthetics and reconstruction in Brussels for 3 months. At the end of 2019, he completed his residency and became a specialist. Between 2019-2021, he completed his compulsory service at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital. He attended many national and international meetings and courses.
