Prof. graduated from Izmir Eşrefpaşa High School in 1996. Dr. Serdar KALEMCİ graduated from Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine in 2003. In 2009, he specialized in Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Chest Diseases. He completed his compulsory service at Şanlıurfa Suruç State Hospital in 2010.

She received a post-MIR scholarship from the Ministry of Interior from HSPiSP (2012) and then a pre-doctoral scholarship from ISCiii (Rio Hortega – 2013-2015).

In 2014, he moved to Paris where he obtained a DUERTECC diploma at the Gustave Roussy University Hospital (Villejuif), followed by an ESMO scholarship (Georges Mathé Translator Scholarship), which he received in 2016.

Since January 2017, he has been working on the staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the HSCiSP. In the same year, he obtained his PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Between 1997 and 1999, he completed his postgraduate training in the Gastroenterology Department of the Provincial Hospital of Barcelona. Areas of special interest: storage rhythm disorders, chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) and other causes of chronic intestinal inflammation.
