She specialized in Internal Medicine at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital from 1998 to 2003. Between 2008-2011, she received her subspecialty training in Medical Oncology at Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital.

After serving as the deputy chief physician at Suluova State Hospital, she established the Internal Medicine Department and Medical Oncology Science Branch at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University between 2011-2020, where she served as the head of the science branch. During this time, she educated resident doctors and students. Üyetürk, who received the title of Associate Professor in 2014, spent 6 months in Canada/Toronto in 2019. In 2020, she was awarded the title of Professor at Abant İzzet Baysal University.

Üyetürk has published over 60 articles in international peer-reviewed journals and has more than 20 scientific works published in national peer-reviewed journals. She also has over 100 presentations that have been delivered at international and national scientific meetings and published in proceedings books. Dr. Francesc Graus is a neurologist with expertise in paraneoplastic neurological syndromes, gliomas, and primary brain lymphomas. He established the first strict diagnostic criteria for paraneoplastic syndromes. He also identified important antibodies that are now used in diagnosis. His research showed the link between tumors and autoimmune neurological attacks.

Dr. Graus earned his MD and PhD from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He completed his neurology residency in Barcelona and a neuro-oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Prof. Dr. Şebnem İzmir Güner was born in 1970 in Istanbul and took her first steps in her medical career at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. Successfully completing her undergraduate and medical education here between 1987-1993, Güner received her internal medicine specialty training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine from 1995 to 2000. Deepening her interest in hematology, Prof. Dr. Güner completed her hematology subspecialty training at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine again between 2003-2006, solidifying her expertise in this field.
Prof. Dr. Güner’s professional journey began as an internal medicine specialist at Istanbul Education and Research Hospital from 2000 to 2003. She established the Hematology Clinic at the same hospital from 2006 to 2010 and served as the responsible physician. Here, she developed innovative approaches in the treatment of patients and made significant contributions to the field of hematology. From 2010 to 2016, she established the Hematology Clinic, Therapeutic Apheresis, and Adult Center at Medicalpark Bahçelievler Hospital and served as the responsible physician. During this period, she conducted studies that set national and international standards in the field of hematology.

Dr. Sullivan graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Rosario in 2005, specializing in Medical Oncology through the MIR at the Santa Creu i Sant Pau Hospital (HSCiSP, 2012) in Barcelona.

She received a post-MIR scholarship from the Ministry of Interior from HSPiSP (2012) and then a pre-doctoral scholarship from ISCiii (Rio Hortega – 2013-2015).

In 2014, he moved to Paris where he obtained a DUERTECC diploma at the Gustave Roussy University Hospital (Villejuif), followed by an ESMO scholarship (Georges Mathé Translator Scholarship), which he received in 2016.

Since January 2017, he has been working on the staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the HSCiSP. In the same year, he obtained his PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Since 2015, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Lung Cancer Group (GECP). And since 2022, he has been the coordinator of the HSCiSP Committee on Neuroendocrine Tumors.

In November 2021, she joined the IOR Medical Oncology Service and is actively involved in various research projects in the Pangea Lab under the supervision of Dr. Molina.

Dr. Sullivan is involved in several clinical trials in lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumors, many of which have been presented at various international scientific meetings.

She has participated in national and international conferences and is an author and co-author of research articles published in influential journals.

She is currently a member of the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology (SEOM), GECP, European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) and the Spanish Group of Neuroendocrine and Endocrine Tumors (GETNE).
