His clinical expertise includes rhinoplasty, breast and facial aesthetics, body contouring, minimally invasive procedures, breast reconstruction, and microsurgery. He has performed hundreds of surgeries during his training.

• From 1989 to 1993 – a lecturer at the Department of Operative Surgery with Topographic Anatomy at S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy (St. Petersburg).
• From 1994 to 1999 – an Associate Professor of the Department of Military Surgery at Ukrainian Military Medical Academy (Kiev).
• From 1994 to 2001 – director of the city center for plastic microsurgery and hand surgery of Kyiv city clinical hospital №3.
• From 2001 to the present – director of the private clinic “Kyiv City Center for Plastic Microsurgery and Aesthetic Medicine”.
• From September 1, 2007, to the present – a professor at the Department of Combustiology and Plastic Surgery at P.L.Shupik National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. (Kiev).
